Ճապոնիայի վարչապետ Սինձո Աբեն ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին կոչ է արել ռուս-ճապոնական հարաբերություններում սկսել նոր դարաշրջան: Այս մասին հայտնում է RIA Novosti-ն:

«Որպես Ճապոնիայի ղեկավար՝ ես համոզված եմ Ճապոնիայի դիրքորոշման ճշմարտացիության մեջ՝ այնպես, ինչպես դու, Վլադիմիր, համոզված ես Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշման ճշմարտացիության մեջ: Սակայն եթե շարունակենք նույն ոգով, ապա մենք նման դեբատները կարող ենք շարունակել տասնամյակներ: Եթե ամեն ինչ թողնենք այնպես, ինչպես կա՝ առանց փոփոխությունների, ապա ոչ ես, ոչ դու չենք կարող գալիք սերունդներին թողնել լավագույն հնարավորություններ:

Վլադիմիր, մենք նույն սերնդի մարդիկ ենք, արի խիզախություն ցուցաբերենք և պատասխանատվություն ստանձնենք: Արի հաղթահարենք բոլոր դժվարությունները և հաջորդ սերնդի մարդկանց թողնենք այնպիսի աշխարհ, որտեղ մեր 2 երկրները կբացահայտեն իրենց հզոր ներուժը: Արի վերջ դնենք այս աննորմալ իրավիճակին, որը ձգվում է 70 տարի, և ռուս-ճապոնական հարաբերություններում միասին սկսենք կառուցել նոր դարաշրջան, որը կշարունակվի հաջորդ 70 տարում»,- ասել է Աբեն:

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը և Ճապոնիայի վարչապետ Սինձո Աբեն ուրբաթ օրը հանդիպում են անցկացրել Վլադիվոստոկում՝ Արևելյան տնտեսական ֆորումի շրջանակներում, որտեղ քննարկել են երկկողմ համագործակցության բոլոր ասպեկտները՝ ներառյալ տնտեսական փոխգործակցությունը:
