Վերջին օրերի հասարակական-ներքաղաքական գործընթացներում շատ ուշագրավ մի իրադարձություն տեղի ունեցավ, որին կուզեի հատուկ անդրադառնալ: Խոսքը ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչների տևական ակցիաների և երեկ նրանց ու կառավարության միջև ձեռք բերված համաձայնության մասին է: Սա այն եզակի դեպքերից է, երբ երկրի ներսում հասարակության երկու շերտեր կարողանում են առկա սոցիալական խնդրի շուրջ գալ համաձայնության առանց խնդիրը քաղաքականացնելու: Սովորաբար նման դեպքերում մենք ականատես ենք լինում կուսակցական միջամտությունների, ինչ-ինչ խոստումների, խնդրի լուծման գործընթացում նորանոր կառույցների ներգրավման, ինչը բնավ չի հեշտացնում լուծման գործընթացը:
Այս անգամ այդպիսի մի փորձ արեց ԲՀԿ-ն, երբ Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը ԱԺ-ի մոտ հավաքված առևտրականներին դիմելով, խոսքը հազիվ սկսած անցավ հոկտեմբերի10-ի հանրահավաքին` նրանց խնդիրը պրոեկտելով համընդհանուր դժգոհությունների վրա, սակայն դրանից հետո առևտրականների մոտ անմիջապես դժգոհություն առաջացավ: Նույնիսկ բացականչություններ եղան` այդ քայլը որակելով որպես «իրենց օգտագործելու փորձեր»: Առևտրականներին հաճոյանալու մի անհաջող փորձ էլ կատարեց ՕԵԿ-ական Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը, ով ԱԺ նիստի ընթացքում մի պահ դուրս եկավ շենքից ու մի քանի ոչինչ չասող նախադասություններով կիսվեց առևտրականների հետ` իրենց մտահոգությունների ու ԱԺ-ում ընթացող քննարկումների մասին, վկայակոչելով ցուցարարների հետ զրուցելու` իր նախկինում տված խոստումը: Բայց քանի որ ոչ ասելիք ուներ, ոչ էլ խնդրի լուծումը կախված էր իրենից, առևտրականների մոտ նրա «անձնազոհ» քայլը որևէ հուզական դրսևորումների չհանգեցրեց: Ինչևէ, առաջին հերթին առևտրականների խելամիտ վարքի ու խնդրի նկատմամբ կառավարության կառուցողական մոտեցման արդյունքում ոչ իշխանականները հայտնվեցին լուսանցքում, և երեկ երեկոյան կառավարության ու առևտրականների միջև երկուստեք շահավետ համաձայնություն կայացվեց: Արթուր Կարապետյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը
