Հայաստանի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի գլխավոր քարտուղար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը խոսել է ըմբշամարտիկ Միհրան Հարությունյանի օլիմպիական հայտնի գոտեմարտի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ ՀԱՕԿ-ը արդեն միջազգային իրավաբաններ է  վարձել, ովքեր աշխատում ենՄիհրան Հարությունյանի գոտեմարտի ուղղությամբ:

«Միհրան Հարությունյանի եզրափակիչ գոտեմարտը լկտի, անբարո ձևով անցավ: Մենք պետք է բողոքարկենք պասիվությունը, սակայն դա էլ  ինքնին սուբյեկտիվ դիրքորոշում է:Մրցավարական կանոններում  հստակ կետեր չկան: Մենք միջազգային իրավաբաններ ենք վարձել, ովքեր աշխատում են այդ ուղղությամբ: Սոցիալական ցանցերում եղան մի շարք անդրադարձեր Մամիաշվիլիին: Ճիշտ է, եթե նա չցանկանար, Միհրան Հարությունյանը  չէր մասնակցի օլիմպիական խաղերին: Երբ մարզիկը փոխում է  քաղաքացիությունը, սպորտային քաղաքացիությունը չի փոխվում:  Այս իրավիճ ակում այն երկրի ֆեդերացիան, որը ներկայացրել է մարզիկը, ֆեդերացիայի ղեկավարը պետք է  ստորագրի համապատասխան փասթաթուղթ , որպեսզի մարզիկը կարողանա տեղափոխվել այլ երկիր: Իսկ Մամիաշվիլին ստորագրել է փասթաթուղթը»,-նշեց Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը:

Միհրան Հարությունյանը «Ռիո 2016»-ում զրկվել է ոսկե մեդալից մրցավարական անարդարության պատճառով:
