 Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Սբ Կատարինե եկեղեցում Հյուսիս-Արևմտյան տարածաշրջանում Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու հոգևոր հովիվ Պողոս աբեղա Վարդանյանի հանդիսապետությամբ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին տրվել է հանրապետական մաղթանք՝ նվիրված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախության 25-ամյակին, որին հաջորդել է «Վերնատուն» մշակութայի կենտրոնում կայացած հատուկ միջոցառում:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսՀրայր Կարապետյանը շնորհավորեց ներկաներին Արցախի անկախության 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ՝ նշելով, որ «25-ամյա անկախությունը մեր բոլորի տոնն է, քանի որ ձեռք է բերվել համայն հայության միասնականության շնորհիվ»:

Հրայր Կարապետյանն իր ելույթում անդրադարձավ արցախյան ազատամարտի պատմությանը, ինչպես նաև ներկայացրեց հիմնահարցի հանգուցալուծման վերաբերյալ հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումներն ու մոտեցումները:

Ելույթներով հանդես եկան նաև Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի օրենսդիր մարմնի պատգամավոր Ալեքսեյ Վորոնցովը, ԱՊՀ երկրներից փախստական երեխաների և տեղահանված երեխաների «Լաստոչկա» միջազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ադելինա Մնացականովան, գիտական և մշակութային ոլորտի հայտնի գործիչներ, հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ, հոգևորականներ:
