Վրացագետը տարածաշրջանում պատերազմական իրավիճակը Վրաստանի համար անցանկալի է համարում

Վրաստանի համար կարևոր է, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանում հավասարակշռությունը չխախտվի:

Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել Հայաստանի պետական կառավարման ակադեմիայի տարածաշրջանային ուսումնասիրությունների կենտրոնի գիտաշխատող, վրացագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանը:  

Անդրադառնալով 2016 թվականի ապրիլին Ղարաբաղում  տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններին` Մելիքյանը նշեց, որ վրացական կողմը բավականին ցավով է ընդունել դրանք: Վրաստանում այս հարցով երկու անգամ գիշերվա ժամը մեկին նիստ է հրավիրել: Մելիքյանի խոսքով՝ առաջինը ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստն էր, որտեղ հատուկ ծառայությունների ղեկավարները զեկուցել են վարչապետին և նախագահին իրավիճակի մասին:

«Իրենք փորձում էին հավասարակշռված մոտեցում ցուցաբերել: Եթե Թինա Խիդաշելին՝ Վրաստանի ՊՆ նախարարը, զանգում էր Բաքու, նա պարտադիր զանգահարում էր նաև Երևան: Շտաբի պետը առաջարկություն արեց կողմերին Վրաստանում նստել բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ: Դա իրատեսական չէր, իրենց կողմից բարի ցանկություն էր, բայց պետք է հասկանանք, որ Վրաստանը և Իրանը այն երկու երկրներից են, որ շահագրգռված են, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանում ոչ մի պատերազմական իրավիճակ չստեղծվի»,- ասաց նա:

 Հակառակ դեպքում, ըստ վրացագետի, ուղիղ անդրադարձ կլինի այդ երկու երկրների ազգային շահերին: Մելիքյանի խոսքով՝ Իրանն ունի խաղաղպահների խնդիրը, իսկ Վրաստանի տարածքում էլ կան չլուծված կոնֆլիկտներ:

Անդրադառնալով Հայստանի և Վրաստանի ռազմական համագործակցությանը` վրացագետը նշեց, որ դրանք հիմնականում սահմանափակ են, քանի որ Հայաստանը, լինելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ, իսկ Վրաստանն էլ, դեպի ՆԱՏՕ ձգտելով, ընդհանուր շատ քիչ բան ունեն:

«Մեզ մոտեցնում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակում իրականացվող որոշ նախագծեր, որոնք հիմնականում խաղաղպահ և ուսումնական առաքելություններին են վերաբերվում: Այս պահին Վրաստանում ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համատեղ գործում է կենտրոն, այնտեղ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ զորավարժություններ են իրականացվելու և ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն ունի հնարավորություն սպաներին ուղարկելու այնտեղ վերապատրաստվելու»,- նշեց Ջոնի Մելիքյանը:
