ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն ամփոփել է փորձարարական զորավարժության արդյունքները

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության երրորդ բանակային զորամիավորման պատասխանատվության գոտում սեպտեմբերի 6-ից 7-ը անցկացվել է մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում տեղեկատվական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման փորձարարական զորավարժություն:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Փորձարարական զորավարժության ընթացքում խաղարկվել է մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում պետական տարածքային կառավարման, տարածքային ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, զանգածային լրատվության միջոցների, ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժինների փոխհամագործակցության կարգը:

Զորավարժության շրջանակում բացազատվել է «Տավուշ» տեղեկատվական կենտրոն՝ զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներին մեկ միասնական, հավաստի տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու նպատակով:

«Տավուշ» ՏԿ-ին կից ՊՆ ՌՈ տարածքային բաժնի ուժերով ու միջոցներով կահավորվել է պահակակետ, որտեղ հավատարմագրված լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին տրամադրվել է ՌՈ տարածքային բաժնի պետի կողմից վավերացված «Տավուշ» տեղեկատվական կենտրոն մուտք գործելու թույլտվության հավաստագիր: Տեղեկատվական կենտրոնում հաշվառվել են հավաստագիր ստացած ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների ձայնագրման և տեսագրման սարքերը:

«Տավուշ» ՏԿ-ում անցկացվել է բրիֆինգ, որի ավարտից հետո ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներին տրամադրվել է պայմանական մարտական գործողությունների շրջաններում լրագրողական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու թույլտվություն և «PRESS» տարբերանշանով զրահաբաճկոններ ու սաղավարտներ:

Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին հավաստագիր ստացված սահմանափակ թվով ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչները զորամասերի սպաների ուղեկցությամբ մեկնել են առաջնագիծ և սահմանամերձ բնակավայրեր, խաղարկվել են մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում լրագրողական աշխատանքների իրականացման դրվագներ, կատարվել են նկարահանումներ:

ԶԼՄ-ների մի քանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ խաղարկվել են նաև առանց թույլտվության պայմանական մարտական գործողությունների շրջաններ և սահմանամերձ բնակավայրեր թափանցելու փորձեր, բացազատված պահակակետերի և շրջիկ պարեկների ուժերով կազմակերպվել են նրանց հայտնաբերման և հակազդման միջոցառումներ:

Զորավարժության արդյունքներն ամփոփվել են լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ անցկացված բրիֆինգի ընթացքում: Մանրամասն քննարկվել և վերլուծվել են իրականացված աշխատանքները, զորավարժության ընթացքում արձանագրված որոշակի բացթողումները:

Տեղեկատվական փորձարարական զորավարժության նպատակն էր պետական տարածքային կառավարման, տարածքային ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների, ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժինների աշխատակիցների շրջանում ձևավորել անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում տեղեկատվական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ, ներկայացնել մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում տեղեկատվական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման առանձնահատկությունները»:
