  • Ճիշտ սնվեք։ Կան մի շարք մթերքներ, որոնք օգնում են ազատվել բերանի տհաճ հոտից։ Այդպիսիք են՝ նարինջը, կանաչ թեյը, հատապտուղները, խնձորը և այլն։ Շատ մասնագետներ համարում են, որ հոտի դեմ պայքարի լավագույն եղանակը այս մթերքներն են։

Մաստալ ծամելը տհաճ հոտից ազատվելու ամենանօգուտ և հիմար միջոցն է, սակայն կան մի շարք մթերքներ, որոնք կարող էք ծամել մաստակի փոխարեն. այդպիսի մթերքները ենանիսը, հիլտ, սամիթը, դարչնի զողերը (փոքրի կտոր), մեխակը (ոչ ավել քան 1 հատ) և մաղադանոսը։
