ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն սեպտեմբերի 9-ին ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի սոցիալիստական խմբակցության նախագահ Բրյունո լը Ռուի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը ողջունել է ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականների հերթական այցը մեր երկիր և ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանը հպարտ է Ֆրանսիայի հետ իր առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերություններով ու ջերմ բարեկամությամբ, որին զգալիորեն նպաստում է միջխորհրդարանական սերտ փոխգործակցությունը: 

«Ի դեմս պարոն լը Ռուի, ցանկանում եմ շեշտել Ֆրանսիայի բազմաթիվ խորհրդարանականների հետևողական աշխատանքը, որը երկրի խորհրդարանում ծառայում է ինչպես հայ-ֆրանսիական միջխորհրդարանական կապերի սերտացմանը, այնպես էլ առհասարակ միջպետական համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը»,-նշել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բարեկամ Ֆրանսիային՝ Հայաստանի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող հարցերում մշտապես մեր երկրին սատարելու համար: Այդ համատեքստում Հանրապետության Նախագահն անուրանալի է համարել Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման և դատապարտման գործում Ֆրանսիայի ներդրումը և խորին երախտագիտություն հայտնել իշխանություններին ու ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդին՝ կարևորելով Ցեղասպանության ժխտումը քրեականացնող օրենքի ընդունման ուղղությամբ հետևողական աշխատանքը:

Գոհունակությամբ խոսելով պարբերական դարձած փոխայցելությունների և ակտիվ շփումների մասին՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունների օրակարգն այնքան ծավալուն է, որ հաճախակի հանդիպումների ժամանակ անգամ բազմաթիվ կարևոր և օգտակար հարցեր կան քննարկելու:

Բրյունո լը Ռուն ՀՀ Նախագահին է փոխանցել Ֆրանսիայի Նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի ջերմ ողջույնները և արդեն ավանդական դարձած հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկել հայ-ֆրանսիական միջխորհրդարանական փոխգործակցության խորացման հնարավորություններն ու երկու բարեկամ պետությունների և ժողովուրդների միջև հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանն ուղղված քայլերը:

Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ սոցիալիստական խմբակցության նախագահը ջերմությամբ է հիշել ՀՀ Նախագահի հետ անցյալ տարի իր գլխավորած պատվիրակության հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանը խորհրդարանականների խնդրանքով ներկայացրել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացն ու նպատակը: Բրյունո լը Ռուն նշել է, թե ուրախ է տեսնել ինչպես է բարեփոխումների գաղափարն այն ժամանակ այդքան ջերմեռանդորեն պաշտպանող ՀՀ Նախագահը այսօր էլ շարունակում հետևողականորեն ընթանալ այդ ճանապարհով: Ֆրանսիացի պատգամավորները հետաքրքրվել են Հայաստանում ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումների կենսագործման վերաբերյալ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի տեսակետներով:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են նաև ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին: ՀՀ Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Ֆրանսիայի հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշումը ԼՂ հարցում և ակտիվ դերակատարությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում՝ առանձնակի կարևորելով հայ ժողովրդի բարեկամ Նախագահ Օլանդի անձնական ջանքերի ներդրումը բանակցային գործընթացն առաջ մղելու գործում:
