Օհայոի ոստիկանությունը հրապարակել է լուսնակար, որտեղ մեքենայի առջևի մասում թմրանյութի դոզայի գերազանցումից ուշագնաց պառկած են ծնողներն, իսկ մանկահասակ երեխան նստած է հետնամասում։

Ոստիկանության սպան նկատել է, որ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ, երբ տեսել է անկանոն ձևով ընթացող մեքենան։ 4 տարեկան փոքրիկին հանձնել են երեխաների խնամակալության ծառայությանը։ 50-ամյա մայրը՝ Ռոանդա Պասեկը, ու 47-ամյա հայրը՝ Ջեյմս Ակորդը, թմրանյութեր պահելու համար ձերբակալվել են նաև 2011 թվականին։

Օհայոի ոստիկանական ծառայությունը լուսանկարը հրապարակել է ֆեյսբուքի էջում ու նշել, որ ծնողները ուշագնաց են եղել հերոյինի դոզայի գերազանցումից։
