Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության (ԱՊՀ), Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) և Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՇՀԿ) միջև փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման հարցեր են քննարկվել սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Մինսկում այդ միջազգային միավորումների գործադիր մարմինների ղեկավարների ղեկավարների հանդիպմանը։

«Այսօր մենք համոզվել ենք, թե որքան կարևոր է մեզ համար հանդիպելը և մեր կազմակերպությունների ծրագրերի, հեռանկարների մասին տեղեկացնելը, ինչպես նաև մեր գործունեությունը համակարգելը»,- ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է ԱՊՀ գործադիր կոմիտեի նախագահ Սերգեյ Լեբեդևը։  

Նա պարզաբանել է, որ դա կապված է այն բանի հետ, որ «մեր կազմակերպությունների նպատակները և խնդիրները համընկնում են»։  Լեբեդևը հստակեցրել է, որ դա վերաբերում է «մեր կազմակերպությունների տարածքում անվտանգության և կայունության ապահովմանը»։ ԱՊՀ գործկոմի ղեկավարը հայտնել է, որ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են միմյանց տեղեկատվական աջակցություն կցուցաբերելու մասին։ «Մեզ համար կարևոր է օգնել միմյանց տեղեկատվական գործունեությունում, քանի որ մեր կազմակերպություններ գործունեության վերաբերյալ կա շատ կանխակալություն և ոչ օբյե կտիվություն»,- ասել է Լեբեդևը։

Իր հերթին ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան  հայտարարել է, որ «մենք հասկանում ենք, թե որտեղ պետք է միասին գործադրենք քաղաքական ռեսուրսներ՝ նվազագույնի հասցնելով սպառնալիքները, որոնց կարող ենք բախվել ԱՊՀ տարածքում»։ «Մենք պայմանավորվել ենք կառուցել համատեղ աշխատանքը և գնալ կսղք-կողքի»,- նշել է նա։
