ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում սեպտեմբերի 13-ին կայացել է Skype-ի միջոցով հերթական ուղիղ կապը, և զանգահարողներն իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերն են ուղղել ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանին: 

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական կայքը, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Զանգահարել է ազգությամբ հայ ԱՄՆ քաղաքացին և հայտնել, որ ց անկանում է ժամանել հայրենիք : Նրան հետաքրքրում էր, թե ինչ ժամկետով կարող է գտնվել Հայաստանում և երկարաժամկետ բնակվելու դեպքում ինչ փաստաթուղթ է անհրաժեշտ: 

Մեր հայրենակցին տեղեկացվել է, որ առանց կացության կարգավիճակը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ ստանալու նա կարող է Հայաստանում գտնվել մեկ տարվա ընթացքում 180 օր: Նշվածից ավելի ժամկետով բնակվելու նպատակով կարող է դիմել անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչություն՝ կացության կարգավիճակ ստանալու:

Քաղաքացուն նաև տեղեկացվել է, որ ազգությամբ հայ լինելու հանգամանքն արդեն իսկ բավարար է կացության կարգավիճակ ստանալու դիմում ներկայացնելու համար: Հայաստանից զանգահարած քաղաքացին ցանկանում էր տեղեկանալ, թե Լյուքսեմբուրգից Հայաստան ժամանելու համար արդյոք անհրաժեշտ է ստանալ մուտքի վիզա: 

Զանգահարողին տեղեկացվել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2012 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 4-ի թիվ 1255-Ն որոշման համաձայն՝ Լյուքսեմբուրգի, այդ թվում և մի շարք պետությունների քաղաքացիների համար 2013 թվականի հունվարի 10-ից սահմանվել է Հայաստան առանց մուտքի վիզայի այցելությունների ռեժիմ: Նրանք առանց կացության կարգավիճակի Հայաստանում կարող են գտնվել մեկ տարվա ընթացքում 180 օր ժամկետով:
Հաջորդ ուղիղ կապը տեղի կունենա սեպտեմբերի 20-ին՝ Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 11-ից 13-ը:
