«Կռուտիտ» ասվածը Հայաստանում վաղուց արդեն դուրս է եկել «քուչի բեսեդկեքից» և իր մնայուն տեղն է գտել Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում: Իսկ դեռ մոտ 20 տարի առաջ այդ հնարքը կիրառվում էր փողոցային վիճաբանություններում: Փաստորեն, 20 տարի առաջվա փողոցային վիճաբանությունները մեկ քայլ առաջ էին, քան այսօրվա մեր քաղաքական մշակույթը: Փողոցից դեպի քաղաքականություն և դեպի առաջի փոխարեն դեպի հետ՝ այս գործընթացը կարելի է անվանել ոչ ավանդականդեգրադացիա:
Նշեմ դեգրադացիոն «կռուտիտի» մեկ վառ օրինակ: Հիշում եք, որ օրեր առաջ եռյակի վանաձորի հանրահավաքի ժամանակ ԲՀԿ-ական Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հայտնվելով «կինոյի մեջի աղջիկ» կերպարի մեջ՝ կրքոտ հայտարարություն արեց՝ «Այս իշխանությունները պետք է հեռանան»: Այնքան զգացմունքային և անկեղծ էր այդ հայտարարությունը, որ ես խիստ զարմացած եմ մնացել՝ ինչու իշխանությունները դեռ չեն հեռացել, քանի որ նման հայտարարությունից հետո ենթադրվում էր, որ նրանք պետք է հեռանան առնվազն նույն օրը:
Ինչևէ, իշխանությունները չլսեցին Զոհրաբյանին և համառորեն մնացին: Բայց կա այսպիսի մի նյուանս՝ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը որքան էլ էմոցիոնալ է, որքան էլ տրվում է պահի զգացմունքներին, միևնույն է՝ չի կարող այն աստիճան կորցնել ողջամտությունը, որ լինելով նման խոշոր կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ՝ ինքնագլուխ հայտարարություններ անի, որոնք կհակասեն կուսակցության ծրագրերին և սկզբունքներին: Ոչ, Նաիրա Զոհյրաբյանն, իհարկե, ողջամիտ է, և եթե նման բան ասել է, այսինքն՝ իշխանափոխության կոչ է արել, ուրեմն ԲՀԿ-ի օրակարգում այս հարցը ինչ-որ կերպ եղել է, նաև քննարկվել է:
Իսկ հիմա տեսնենք, թե ինչ է ասել լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին այս մասին ԲՀԿ-ական Ստեփան Մարգարյանը. «ԲՀԿ-ն նկատի ուներ, որ թույլ չենք տալու կյանքի կոչվեն իշխանությունների նախաձեռնած Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները»: Ահա և բեսեդկից ԱԺ տեղափոխված քաղաքական «կռուտիտի» դասական օրինակ: Այստեղ շատ տեղին կլիներ, որ որևէ մեկը հարցներ՝ հարգելի այլընտրանքայիններ, ու՞մ եք հիմարի տեղ դնում: Չէ՞ որ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Ազատության հրապարակ են գալու նաև ձեր համակիրները, ընդ որում՝ բացի Ծառուկյանի ավտոբուսներով քշվածներից նաև մարդիկ, ովքեր կգան այդտեղ իրենց իսկ կամքով և որոշմամբ և հստակ ակնկալիքներով ձեզանից: Եվ ահա Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի և մյուսների ելույթներով ոգևորված ձեր համակիրները ինչպե՞ս կընդունեն այն փաստը, որ իրականում ԲՀԿ-ն իրենց սին հույսերով էր կերակրում այսքան ժամանակ: Չ՞եք վախենում, որ հերթական անգամ ձեզ վստահողներին հիասթափեցնելով կկնքեք ձեր քաղաքական մահկանացուն:
Զավեշտալի է, որ աշխարհն այսօր դեպի առաջ է գնում՝ հետևելով բնական օրինաչափությանը, իսկ մեր քաղաքական դաշտում էվոլյուցիայի փոխարեն հետընթաց է՝ դեգրադացիա:
