«Կանաչ քաղաք» ծրագրի իրագործման նպատակով առաջիկայում կմեկնարկեն գործողությունների ծրագրի մշակման աշխատանքները

Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանի և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են «Կանաչ քաղաք» գործողությունների ծրագրի մշակման և դրա իրագործելիության հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներ, ինչպես նաև ծրագրի խորհրդատու ճանաչված միջազգային «Էրնստ ընդ Յանգ» կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Ընդգծելով «Կանաչ քաղաք» ծրագրի կարևորությունը՝ Վահե Նիկոյանը նշել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը բարձր է գնահատում ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը և «Կանաչ քաղաք» ծրագրի իրագործմանն աջակցելու բանկի պատրաստակամությունը: Անդրադառնալով բուն ծրագրին և դրա կարևորությանը քաղաքային տնտեսության մեջ՝ քաղաքապետի տեղակալը նկատել է. «Երևան քաղաքի բնակչության թվի շարունակական աճի պարագայում քաղաքի համար այսօր էական նշանակություն ունի քաղաքացի-շրջակա միջավայր հավասարակշռության ապահովումը: «Կանաչ քաղաք» ծրագրի մշակումը մեզ համար արդիական է և կարևորված: Մենք ակնկալում ենք բնապահպանական զգալի դրական ազդեցություն, արտանետումների ծավալների նվազեցում և բնական ռեսուրսների արդյունավետ օգտագործում: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն իր հերթին պատրաստ է հնարավորին աջակցելու ծրագրի մշակմանը, որպեսզի այն լինի իսկապես իրագործելի», - հատկանշել է Վահե Նիկոյանը:
ՎԶԵԲ ներկայացուցիչ Լին Օտրեդին, ներկայացնելով ծրագիրն ու այն իրագործելու հարցում բանկի հետաքրքրվածությունը, իր հերթին նշել է, որ ծրագրի իրագործման արդյունքում ակնկալվող փոփոխություններն իրենց դրական ազդեցությունը կունենան ոչ միայն մայրաքաղաք Երևանի, այլև հանրապետության ու նաև տարածաշրջանի համար:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում «Էրնստ ընդ Յանգ» միջազգային խորհրդատու կազմակերպության կողմից ներկայացվել են ծրագրի հիմնական բաղադրիչները: Գործընթացը բաղկացած է լինելու 4 հիմնական փուլից: Խորհրդատու կազմակերպության կողմից կիրականացվի Երևան քաղաքում առկա իրավիճակի ուսումնասիրություն և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ համատեղ կմշակվեն ներդրումային ծրագրեր՝ հասարակական տրանսպորտի, ջրամատակարարման, կեղտաջրերի մաքրման, էներգախնայող ջեռուցման համակարգերի կիրառման և քաղաքային կոշտ թափոնների կառավարման բնագավառներում: «Կանաչ քաղաք» գործողությունների ծրագրի համապարփակ իրականացման արդյունքում նախատեսվում է CO2 գազի արտանետման ծավալները նվազեցնել՝ այն համապատասխանեցնելով ԱՀԿ չափանիշներին, նաև ներգրավել հավելյալ դրամաշնորհային միջոցներ՝ բնապահպանական ծրագրերի իրականացման համար: Ծրագրի բոլոր փուլերում ակտիվորեն ներգրավված կլինի մայրաքաղաքի բնակչությունը, կկազմակերպվեն հանրային լսումներ:
Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ձևավորել համատեղ աշխատանքային խումբ՝ առավել մանրամասն քննարկելու ծրագի մշակումը, ինչպես նաև վերհանելու մայրաքաղաքի համար առավել առաջնահերթ խնդիրները: 
Հստակեցնելով աշխատանքների ժամկետները՝ Վահե Նիկոյանը մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծել է ծրագրի կարևորությունը քաղաքային տնտեսության զարգացման տեսանկյունից և նշել, որ այն նախատեսվում է ընդգրկել նաև Երևանի զարգացման ծրագրում:
