Առանց ստվերի դեմ պայքարի հնարավոր չէ վերարտադրել Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը: Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարց ու պատասխանի ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԱԺ պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանի հարցին:

«Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն առանց ստվերի դեմ պայքարի վերարտադրվելու բանաձև չունի: Որքանով մեզ կհաջողվի արդյունավետ պայքարել ստվերի դեմ, կտեսնենք: Մենք փորձելու ենք անել դա և տրամադրված ենք վճռական, որովհետև այլ տարբերակ չկա: Մենք ամեն անգամ հարկերի բանաձևերը փոխելու ճանապարհով չենք կարող մեր տնտեսությունն առաջ տանել»,- նշեց վարչապետը:

Անդրադառնալով մենաշնորհների դեմ պայքարի վերաբերյալ պատգամավորի հարցին՝ ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ մենաշնորհները միշտ չէ, որ վատ են: «Դա կախված է մենաշնորհի բնույթից՝ բնականոն է այն, թե՞ ոչ: Շուկան փոքր է, և արդյունավետ աշխատանքի դեպքում շուկայի խաղացողներից մեկը կարող է մոնոպոլ դիրք ստանալ, սակայն եթե նա դա անում է բնականոն, մրցունակ ճանապարհով, այլ ոչ թե ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսի հաշվին, դա այլ հարց է»,- պարզաբանեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետն անդրադարձավ նաև պատգամավորի այն դիտարկմանը, թե նոր հարկային օրենսգիրքը սահմանափակում է բիզնեսի հնարավորությունները: Նա նշեց, որ արդեն հասցրել է ծանոթանալ հարկային օրենսգրքին և դեռևս լուծում չունի: «Ծանոթացել եմ, դա շատ բարդ հարց է: Այս պահին լուծում չունեմ: Դրա մասին կխոսենք»,- եզրափակեց վարչապետը:
