«Բարև Ձեզ հարգելի բժիշկ, շատ եմ խնդրում եթե դժվար չէ պատասխանեք իմ հարցին, այն ինձ համար շատ կարևոր է: Ես այցելել եմ գինեկոլոգի և նա ինձ զննել է ու ասել, որ իմ կուսաթաղանթն ամբողջական է, բայց լայնացած է, խնդրում եմ ասեք ինչ է դա նշանակում, ինչու է կուսաթաղանթը լայնանում և արդյոք դա նշանակում է, որ առաջին սեռական հարաբերության ժամանակ ինձ մոտ արյան հետքեր չեն լինի, նախապես շնորհակալ եմ»:

Հարցին պատասխանում է Ի.Ի. Մեչնիկովի անվան Հյուսիս-Արևմտյան պետական բժշկական համալսարանի Մանկաբարձության, գինեկոլոգիայի, ռեպրոդուկտոլոգիայի ու պերինատոլոգիայի ամբիոնի մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Աստղիկ Մելքոնյանը: 

Որպեսզի հասկանալի լինի պատասխանս, նախ մի քիչ կուսաթաղանթի կառուցվածքից խոսենք:

Կուսաթաղանթը լորձաթաղանթի ծալք է, որը գտնվում է հեշտոցի մուտքի մոտ`հանդիսանալով սահման արտաքին ու ներքին սեռական օրգանների միջև: 

Այն կազմված է շարակցական հյուսվածքից ու լորձթաղանթից: Շարակցական հյուսվածքն իր հերթին սնուցվում է արյունատար անոթներով, մազանոթներով, այստեղ կան նյարդային վերջույթներ: Կուսաթաղանթն օժտված է առաձգականությամբ:

Կուսաթաղանթում տեղակայված արյունատար անոթների քանակից ու հաստությունից է կախված նկատվող արյան քանակությունն ու ծավալն առաջին սեռական հարաբերության ժամանակ պատռվելիս: Իսկ նյարդային վերջույթներն ապահովում են ցավային զգացողությունը վերը նշված պրոցեսի ժամանակ:

Մեծ նշանակություն ունի նաև  կուսաթաղանթի առաձգականությունը, որը ևս անհատական է ու պայմանավորված է նրանում առկա մկանաթելերի քանակից ու ամրությունից: Այն կարող է լինել շատ ամուր, ինչը կդժվարացնի սեռական ակտի ժամանակ նրա պատռումը: Եվ հակառակը՝ լինելով շատ առաձգական, նույնիսկ մի քանի սեռական ակտից հետո կարող է պահպանել իր ամբողջականությունը: Երկու դեպքում էլ դիմում են բժշկին և որպես կանոն վիրահատական միջամտությամբ իրականացվում է դեֆլորացիա/կուսաթաղանթի պատռում/:

Կուսաթաղանթը կարող է ունենալ մեկ կամ մի քանի անցքեր, ինչը նորմալ է ու անհրաժեշտ է որպեսզի անցքով դուրս գան դաշտանային արյունը, լորձն ու մահացած բջիջները: Կուսաթաղանթի անցքը կարող է լինել ամենատարբեր չափերի ու ձևի:

Կուսաթաղանթն առկա է սեռական կյանքով չապրող կանանց մոտ և պատռվում է որպես կանոն  առաջին սեռական հարաբերության ընթացքում:

Իսկ արյան առկայությունը,ցավը ինչպես նշեցի պայմանավորված են մի շարք առանձնահատկություննով, որոնք բնորոշ են միայն Ձեր կուսաթաղանթին: Թե ինչպես կլինի Ձեր դեֆլորացիան կանխատեսել չարժե, քանի որ հնարավոր է չնայած լայն անցքին, այն շատ հարուստ է արյունատար անոթներով ու առաջին իսկ ակտի ժամանակ թեթև վնասումն էլ կբերի արյունային արտադրության, ու հակառակը: Ուստի հանգիստ ապրեք, իսկ եթե այս հարցը մեծ նշանակություն ունի Ձեր և Ձեր զուգընկերոջ համար, քննարկեք նախքան առաջին սեռական հարաբերությունը, որպեսզի խուսափեք հնարավոր անակնկալից:
