Արաբագետները Սիրիայի հարցում ՌԴ-ի ու ԱՄՆ-ի համաձայնությունը հերթականն են համարում

Սիրիայում հրադադարի հարցի շուրջ ՌԴ-ի ու ԱՄՆ-ի ձեռքբերած համաձայնությունը բացառիկ չէ, այն հերթականն է, սակայն ունի որոշ դրական կողմեր: Այս մասին Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց արաբագետ Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը:

Նախ` դրականն այն է, որ Մոսկվան և Վաշինգտոնը փորձում են խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղիներ գտնել Սիրիայի հակամարտության հարցում: Հաջորդ կարևոր հանգամանքն այն է, որ հնարավոր է ստեղծվի համակարգող կոմիտե և ձևավորվի ռազմական գործողությունների կոորդինացման խումբ, որը կպայքարի ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դեմ:

«Սա, կարծում եմ, որոշ դրական արդյունք կտա, հատկապես այն ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների առումով, որոնք բավական ակտիվ են: Եվ այս տրված ժամանակն ուղղված է այն խմբավորումների կողմնորոշմանը, որոնք համագործակցում են ահաբեկչական կառույցների հետ: Կողմնորոշվեն, մնում են նրանց հետ, թե միանում են հրադադարի համաձայնագրին»,-ասաց Սարգիս Գրիգորյանը:

Արաբագետի խոսքով, բացասականն այն է, որ այս ընթացքում կրակի դադարեցում որպես այդպիսին չի եղել, չնայած որոշ հատվածներում պահպանվել է, բայց ռազմական գործողությունները շարունակվում են: Հաջորդն այն է, որ մարդասիրական օգնությունը տեղ չի հասնում: Դրանից բացի, բացասական է հյուսիսում թուրքական զինուժի ակտիվությունը: Արաբագետը նաև նկատեց, որ չի երևում այն ուժը, որը ցամաքում կպայքարի ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դեմ:

Արաբագետ Արմեն Պետրոսյանի խոսքով, այս հրադադարի ռեժիմը ևս ունենալու է այն նույն ճակատագիրը, որը եղել է նախորդ հրադադարի ժամանակ: Սիրիական հակամարտության ընթացքում հրադադարի հարցի շուրջ 17 համաձայնություն է ձեռքբերվել:

«Իմ կարծիքով այս համաձայնությունը փետրվարին հաստատված հրադադարի տրամաբանական շարունակությունն է: Փորձ է կատարվում շտկել այն խոչընդոտները, որոնք թույլ չտվեցին կյանքի կոչել նախորդ համաձայնությունը: Այս պայմանավորվածությունն, ըստ էության, նույնն է: ԱՄՆ-ը պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնել տարանջատելու ընդդիմադիր խմբավորումներին ահաբեկչականից, Մոսկվան էլ պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնել ստիպել, որ Բաշար ալ Ասադի վարչակարգը զերծ մնա ընդդիմության դեմ ռազմական գործողություններ իրականացնելուց»,-ասաց Արմեն Պետրոսյանը:

Ամեն դեպքում, արաբագետը նկատեց, որ կարճաժամկետ հեռանակարում դրական արդյունքներ հնարավոր են:
