ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Երևան-Էջմիածին ավտոճանապարհին հուլիսի 16-ի ուշ երեկոյան տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի առթիվ։ 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի&nb sp;տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Արմավիրի մարզի Արշալույս գյուղի բնակիչ Արամ Գրիգորյանից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ հուլիսի 16-ին՝ ժամը 23-ի սահմաններում, Երևան-Էջմիածին ավտոճանապարհին` Զվարթնոց թաղամասի գերեզմանատան հատվածում, «Վազ 21-06» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի սրահից ատրճանակով կրակել են «Լեքսուս» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ, որի մեջ գտնվել են Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը և նրա եղբայր Արման Գրիգորյանը, ապա դիմել փախուստի: Ըստ հաղորդման՝ «Վազ 21-06» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի սրահում, որտեղից արձակվել են կրակոցները, գտնվել է Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Արթուր Թումանյանը։

Դիմումատուն նաև հայտնել է, որ հետապնդել են «Վազ 21-06» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, որին միացել է նաև Ա.Գրիգորյանի վարած «Տոյոտա քեմրի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, հարվածել «Վազ 21-06» ավտոմեքենային, կանգնեցրել, սկսվել է քաշքշուկ, որի ժամանակ վերցրել են ատրճանակը, որով կրակոց է արձակվել «Լեքսուս» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ։

Նկատի ունենալով, որ քաղաքացու ներկայացրած հաղորդումն առերևույթ պարունակում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում Էջմիածին քաղաքի Կամո փողոցի վերջնամասում` Կամո-Մաշտոց փողոցների խաչմերուկի հարևանությամբ, հայտնաբերվել են բախման հետևանքով տարբեր հատվածներում վնասված թվով 3 ավտոմեքենա։

Զննությամբ կրակոցի արգասիքներ հայտնաբերելու նպատակով ավտոմեքենաների սրահների տարբեր հատվածներից բինտե խծուծներով վերցվել են քսուքներ, որոնք առանձին փաթեթավորվել են:

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է 9մմ տրամաչափի պարկուճ:

Բացի այդ, նախաքննության ընթացքում վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին է ներկայացվել «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ՝ նշելով, որ կրակոցներն արձակվել են հիշյալ ատրճանակից:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք։

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ հաղորդման մեջ մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։

Նախաքննական մարմինը հուլիսի 17-ին տեղեկացվել է, որ Ա.Թումանյանը և նրա կողմնակիցը տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոն։ Ըստ բժիշկների հայտարարության՝ Ա.Թումանյանն առայժմ ի վիճակի չէ ցուցմունք տալու, մյուս տուժածի հարցաքննությունը դեպքի վերաբերյալ շարունակվում է, ով ներկայացրել է այլ վարկած։

ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում։ Մշակվել է քննչական պլան և կատարվում են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներին։

Քննությամբ պարզված հանգամանքների մասին տեղեկություն կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ։
