Չինաստանը մտադիր է էլ ավելի մեծ առաջընթացի հասնել ավիացիայի, միջուկային էներգետիկայի եւ երրորդ երկրների շուկայի յուրացման ոլորտներում Ֆրանսայի հետ համագործակցության մեջ: Այդ մասին   ՉԺՀ-ի Պետական խորհրդի վարչապետ Լի Կեցյանը հայտնել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի հետ հանդիպմանը, հայտնում է Սինհուան: 

Նրա խոսքով, Չինաստանը մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս միջուկային էներգիայի արտադրության արդյունաբերական շղթայի ոլորտում ֆրանս-չինական համագործակցությանը, մտադիր է շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ համատեղ նպաստել Հինկլի Պոյինում ԱԷԿ-ի նախագծի իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաեւ երրորդ աշխարհի շուկաների յուրացման գործում ֆրանս-չինական համագործակցության ընթացքում էլ ավելի մեծ իրական արդյունքների հասնելուն:  Լի Կեցյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ երկու երկիրն էլ կշարունակեն ամրապնդել միջազգային գործերում աշխատանքի համակարգումը եւ համագործակցությունը` ակտիվ դեր խաղալով մոլորակում խաղաղությանը   եւ զարգացմանը նպաստելու գործում:   

Օլանդը հայտնել է, որ ֆրանս-չինական հարաբերությունները միշտ Արեւմուտքի երկրների եւ Չինաստանի հարաբերությունների  «ավանգարդում» են եղել: Ֆրանսիան Չինաստանին դիտարկում է որպես մոտ բարեկամի եւ վստահում է չինական տնտեսության զարգացման հեռանկարներին: Օլանդի խոսքով, իր երկիրը դրականորեն է գնահատում Չինաստանի ներդրումը կլիմայի փոփոխությանը հակազդելու գործում: Նա նշել է, որ Հինկլի Պոյինում ԱԷԿ-ի նախագիծը կարեւոր նանակություն ունի եւ հույս է հայտնել, որ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերը  կհամագործակցեն դրա հաջող իրականացման նպատակով:
