Հրանուշ Հակոբյանի մասնակցությամբ քննարկվել է Լրագրողների համահայկական 8-րդ համաժողովի կազմակերպումը

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հրանուշ  Հակոբյանը սեպտեմբերի 23-մասնակցել է Լրագրողների համահայկական համաժողովները համակարգող մարմնի ընդլայնված նիստին, որը վարել է Լիբանանում լույս տեսնող «Ազդակ» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր, Լրագրողների համահայկական համաժողովները համակարգող մարմնի նախագահ Շահան Գանտահարյանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, երի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը շնորհավորեց նիստին մասնակից բոլոր խմբագրապետերին և լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ Հայաստանի անկախության 25-ամյա տարեդարձի առթիվ: 

«Բոլորս ոգեշնչվեցինք 25-ամյակի առթիվկազմակերպված զորահանդեսով և հպարտությանաննկարագրելի զգացումով հետևեցինք հայոց բանակի և հայկական զինուժի նման փառահեղ ցուցադրումներին, - նշեց Հ.Հակոբյանը՝ հավելելով, - անկախ Հայաստանի կերտման և զարգացման գործում իր մեծ ներդրումը բերեց հայկականՍփյուռքը՝ դառնալով հավերժ ներկայություն Հայրենիքում»:

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը շնորհավորեց նաև հեռակապով նիստին միացած Իրանի «Ալիք» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Դերենիկ Մելիքյանին՝ թերթի 85-ամյակի առթիվ և հոբելյանական միջոցառումները հավուր պատշաճի կազմակերպելու համար:

Անդրադառնալով Լրագրողների համահայկական 8-րդ համաժողովի կազմակերպման աշխատանքներին՝ Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը կարևորեց մասնակից լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին հավասարապես արտահայտվելու հնարավորության ընձեռումը: 

«Վստահ եմ, որ մեր ընդունած հագեցածօրակարգի քննարկման շրջանակներում կհնչեն բազմազան կարծիքներ և առաջարկություններ: Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք` 25-ամյագործակցության հանրագումարներին և հետագա անելիքներին վերաբերող բոլոր հարցերը կլսվեն, կմեկտեղվեն և կուղենշվեն առաջիկածրագրերը», - ընդգծեց նա:

Օրակարգում էին ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 20-24-ը Հայաստանում և Արցախում կայանալիք Լրագրողների համահայկական 8-րդ համաժողովի ծրագրի նախագծի քննարկման, ըստ թեմատիկ ուղղությունների՝ նիստերի բաշխման, Ստեփանակերտից հեռակապով մասնակցության և  Արցախից ուղիղ հեռարձակումների հնարավորությանը վերաբերող  հարցեր:

Նիստին մասնակցեցին Հայաստանի ժուռնալիստների միության նախագահ Աստղիկ Գևորգյանը, Լրատվամիջոցների համահայկական ընկերակցության նախագահ Տիգրան Հարությունյանը, ԵՊՀ ժուռնալիստիկայի ֆակուլտետի դեկան Նաղաշ Մարտիրոսյանը, «Ազգ» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Հակոբ Ավետիքյանը, ԱՄԷ-ի «Այգ» ռադիոյի գլխավոր խմբագիր Շաքե Մանկասարեանը, նախարարության աշխատակիցներ:

Հեռակապով նիստին մասնակցեցին Ռուսաստանից «Նոեվ կովչեգ» մեդիայի տնօրեն Գրիգոր Անիսոնյանը, Իրանի «Ալիք» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Դերենիկ Մելիքյանը, Լիբանանի «Խօսնակ» ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Համբիկ Մարտիրոսյանը, Չեխիայի «Օրեր» ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Հակոբ Ասատրյանը, Լիբանանի «Զարթօնք» օրաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Սևակ Հակոբյանը, Կանադայի «Հորիզոն» շաբաթաթերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Վահագն Գարագաշյանը և Արցախի ժուռնալիստների միության նախագահ Կիմ Գաբրիելյանը, որոնց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հրանու շ Հակոբյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց նիստին միանալու համար:

Քննարկվեցին տեղեկատվական միացյալ համակարգի ստեղծման նախադրյալներին և համապատասխան մեխանիզմներին, Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական-Սփյուռքի հասարակական կազմակերպությունների համագործակցության ուղիներին, ՀՀ պետականաշինության աշխատանքներում Սփյուռքի ներգրավման միջոցներին, Հայոց պետականության ամրապնդման նպատակով համահայկական ներուժի հավաքագրմանը և ուղղորդմանը, Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման աշխատանքներում Սփյուռքի զորակցությանը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք` 25-ամյա գործակցության հանրագումարներին և հետագա անելիքներ ին վերաբերող հարցերը համաժողովում ներկայացնելու ձևաչափերը»:
