Սեպտեմբերի 22-23-ը Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի և Վրաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարության եկամուտների ծառայության ներկայացուցիչների աշխատանքային հանդիպում, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են Բագրատաշեն-Սադախլո, Այրում-Սադախլո, Գոգավան-Գուգութի և Բավրա-Նինոծմինդա անցակետերի համատեղ օգտագործման համաձայնագրի իրականացմանը և տվյալների փոխանակման համակարգի ստեղծմանն առնչվող հարցեր: ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ մաքսային հսկողության վարչության պետ Գևորգ Սաղոյանի տեղեկացմամբ, հանդիպմանը քննարկվել է տրանզիտային փոխադրումների, մաքսային հսկողության ոլորտում փորձի փոխանակման, Հայաստանի օրենսդրությամբ արգելված ապրանքների ներմուծման հետ կապված հարցեր: «Ստորագրեցինք նաև արձանագրություն, որտեղ նշվեցին երկու կողմերի մաքսային մարմինների հետագա գործողությունները՝ Հայաստանից դեպի ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ և հակառակ ուղղությամբ բեռների տարանցումը հնարավորին արագացնելու ուղղությամբ»: Գ.Սաղոյանի խոսքով, քննարկմանը մեծ կարևորություն է տրվել հետբացթողումային հսկողության ոլորտում ռիսկերի արդյունավետ կառավարման և մաքսային մարմինների միչև տեղեկատվության արագ փոխանակման գործընթացներին՝ մաքսային կանոնների խախտումների դեմ առավել արդյունավետ պայքարելու համար: Հանդիպմանը որոշում է ընդունվել նախապատրաստել միջգերատեսչական համաձայնագիր` ուղևորների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և ապրանքների առավել սահուն սահմանահատմանն օժանդակելու նպատակով: Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են Արևելյան գործընկերության «Սահմանների ինտեգրված կառավարում» ծրագրի շրջանակում կազմել նոր համատեղ նախագիծ՝ նպատակ ունենալով առավել դյուրացնել առևտրային և ուղևորային հոսքերը՝ միջգերատեսչական համագործակցության ամրապնդման միջոցով ապահովելով այդ գործընթացի արդյունավետությունը: Վրաստանի ՖՆ եկամուտների ծառայության միջազգային հարաբերությունների դեպարտամենտի խորհրդական Մինդիա Գրձելիձեն կարևորել է քննարկումը մաքսային համագործակցության ընդլայնման առումով. «Դյուրացված և արդյունավետ մաքսային գործընթացները հնարավորություն կընձեռեն առավել զարգացնել բիզնեսը, ինչը, բնականաբար, դրական կանդրադառնա մեր ժողովուրդների բարեկեցության և մեր պետությունների տնտեսական շահերի վրա»:
