 ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Մնացական Բիչախչյանը սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Skype-ի միջոցով պատասխանել է  մեր հայրենակիցների՝ իրենց հետաքրքրող հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերել են անձագրում անձնագրում օտարերկյա պետությունում վավերականության նշման ժամկետը երկարաձգման և անձնագրի ստացման պայմաններին։

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է  ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական կայքը, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Արտերկրից զանգահարած քաղաքացին հայտնել է, որ վարորդական վկայականի փոխանակման համար պետք է գա Հայաստան:

Նրան հետաքրքրում էր, թե կարո՞ղ է նաև կնոջ անձնագրում օտարերկյա պետությունում վավերականության նշման ժամկետը երկարաձգել` առանց նրա ներկայության: 
Քաղաքացուն պարզաբանվել է, որ այդ գործողության համար նա կարող է դիմել նաև լիազորված անձի միջոցով: Ընդ որում, պարտադիր չէ, որ լիազորագիրը հաստատված լինի ն ոտարական կարգով. այն կարող է ներկայացվել նաև գրավոր: Քաղաքացուն տրվել է նաև լիազորագրի բովանդակությունը:

Ռուսաստանից զանգահարած քաղաքացին հայտնել է, որ իր անձնագրի ժամկետը լրացել է, ինքը կարո՞ղ է լիազորված անձի միջոցով դիմել նոր անձնագիր ստանալու համար: Նրան պարզաբանվել է, որ 16 տարին լրացած անձը անձնագիր ստանալու համար պետք է դիմի անձամբ: Բացառություն է սահմանված միայն անգործունակների համար: Տեղեկացվել է նաև, որ պարտադիր չէ անձնագիր ստանալու համար գալ Հայաստան: Կարող է դիմել նաև օտարերկյա պետությունում գտնվող Հայաստանի դիվանագիտա կան ծառայություն: Տրամադրվել է նաև արտգործնախարարության կայքի հասցեն՝ մանրամասն տեղեկություններ ստանալու համար:

Ֆրանսիայից զանգահարած քաղաքացին էլ հայտնել է, որ երեխաների անձնագրերը ստանալու համար դժվարությունների առաջ է կանգնած՝ ամուսնուց երկար տարիներ տեղեկություններ չունենալու պատճառով: 

Ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչը կապ է հաստատել արտգործնախարարության հյուպատոսական վարչության պետ Վլադիմիր Կարմիրշալյանի հետ և համատեղ քննարկման արդյունքում խնդրին տրվել է լուծում:

Հաջորդ ուղիղ կապը տեղի կունենա հոկտեմբերի 4- ին՝ Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 11-ից 13-ը:
