Երևանի սահմաններում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի և դրան հարակից ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածքների պարտադիր բարեկարգման կարգը հաստատելու մասին Երևանի ավագանու որոշման համաձայն` վարչական բոլոր շրջաններում շարունակական բնույթ են կրում հարակից տարածքների բարեկարգման և խնամքի աշխատանքները: Նշենք, որ Երևանի ավագանու համապատասխան որոշման պահանջների կատարման վերահսկման տեղեկատվական համակարգում ընդգրկված է հարակից ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածքներ ունեցող 14.500 օբյեկտ, այդ թվում ոչ միայն տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնող, այլև պետական ու համայնքային նշանակության կառույցներ, որոնցից շուրջ 4500-ն ունեն նաև կանաչապատման համար նախատեսված տարածքներ: 

Երևանի քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Արայիկ Քոթանջյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ ամենօրյա մշտական հսկողության շնորհիվ այս տարի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների կողմից տարված աշխատանքների արդյունքներն արդեն զգալի են: 
«Մի քանի տարի շարունակվող ամենօրյա աշխատանքների շնորհիվ էապես նվազել է այն տնտեսվարողների թիվը, որոնք խուսափում և չեն կատարում պարտադիր բարեկարգման պահանջները: Համեմատության համար նշեմ, որ եթե 2013 թվականի ընթացքում մայրաքաղաքում կազմվել էր 2500 վարչական արձանագրություն, ապա 2016 թվականի հունվարից մինչ օրս ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ունենք 235 արձանագրություն, որոնց հիմնական մասը ձմռան աշխատանքների հետ է կապված»,-նշել է Արայիկ Քոթանջյանը:
