Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի «Մուխանաթափ» կոչվող տարածքում անհայտ մակնիշի և հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի կողմից Ալեքսան Պ.-ին վրաերթի  ենթարկելու  և  մահ  պատճառելու  դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել ոստիկանների կողմից առերևույթ պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու վերաբերյալ. տեղեկացնում է ՀՔԾ-ն։

Մասնավորապես՝ Ալեքսան Պ.-ի մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու դեպքի վերաբերյալ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերով 13.05.2016թ. ոստիկանության հիշյալ բաժնի ծառայողի կողմից կազմվել է Ալեքսան Պ.-ից բացատրություն վերցնելու մասին արձանագրություն: Տուժող Ալեքսան Պ.-ն ոստիկանության  աշխատակցին հայտնել է, որ ունենալով  բարձր ճնշում՝ տան բակում բերանքսիվայր ընկել է գետնին, ստացել մարմնական վնասվածքներ և քանի որ գտնվել է ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, բուժում ստանալու նպատակով դիմել է Նարկոլոգիական հանրապետական կենտրոն:   

Այնուհետև ՀՀ ոստիկանության նույն բաժնի մեկ այլ ոստիկանի կողմից 15.05.2016թ. կազմվել է Ալեքսան Պ.-ից բացատրություն  վերցնելու  մասին  արձանագրություն, որի համաձայն՝ վերջինս  հայտնել է, որ Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանի «Մուխանաթափ» կոչվող տարածքում անհայտ մակնիշի և հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի  վարորդը  վրաերթի  է  ենթարկել  իրեն, որից հետո գնացել է  տուն, քանի որ  եղել է  ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ: Նույն օրը ինքը հարևանների կողմից տեղափոխվել է Ավանի նարկոլոգիական կլինիկա, որտեղից էլ բուժօգնություն ստանալու  համար  տեղափոխվել է «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Դեպքի պատճառով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացած Ալեքսան Պ.-ի անձնագրի, ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից կազմված արձանագրությունների, ինչպես նաև այլ փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ ոստիկանության հիշյալ ծառայողների կողմից կազմված Ալեքսան Պ.-ից բացատրություն վերցնելու մասին արձանագրությունների տակ առկա Ալեքսան Պ.-ի ստորագրությունները և ձեռագիր գրառումները էապես տարբերվում են միմյանցից: 

Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործն ընդունվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ:
