Բեթանին, ով առաջին հղիության ժամանակ մասնակցեց վազքի մարաթոնի և լույս աշխարհ բերեց առողջ տղա երեխային, չնայած ծնդդաբերությունը տևեց գրեթե երկու օր, իսկ վերականգնման համար պահանջվեց 1,5 ամիս, երբ իմացավ, որ մայր է դառնալու երկրորդ անգամ, որոշեց մի փոքր այլ կերպ վարվել։

Նա նախկինի պես վազում էր, բայց սկսեց նաև ծանրաքար բարձրացնել։

Լուսանկարում Բեթանին 40 շաբաթական հղի է։

Չնայած և՛ առաջին, և՛ երկրորդ հղիության ժամանակ կինը նույն քաշն ուներ, բայց երիտասարդ մայրիկի մարմինը լիովին այլ տեսք ուներ։

Զարմանալի է, բայց մարզումները դրական ազդեցություն թողեցին նաև ծնդդաբերության վրա։

Երեխան ծնվեց 2 ժամվա ընթացքում, կինը վերականգնվեց 5 օրում։

«Ես գիտեմ, որ նման մարզումներ ոչ բոլոր կանայք կարող են տանել։ Ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ ամբողջ հղիության ընթացքում ծանրաքար եմ բարձրացրել։ Սակայն ամեն ինչ այդքան էլ հարթ չէր։

Երկրորդ հղիության ժամանակ ես մի շարք բացասական մեկնաբանություններ եմ ստացել։ Սակայն ինձ չեն հետաքրքրում այն մարդիկ, որոնք կարծում են, որ ես աննորմալ մայր եմ»,-ասել է Բեթանին։
