ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ «Ավետարանական հավատքի քրիստոնեական եկեղեցի» կրոնական կազմակերպության մասնաշենքում եկեղեցու հովիվ Ռ.Գրիգորյանին ծեծելու դեպքի առթիվ։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին  ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ Ռաֆայել Գրիգորյանը գրավոր հաղորդում է ներկայացրել առ այն, որ 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 4-ին` ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում, նույն քաղաքի Վարդանանց 28 հասցեում գտնվող «Ավետարանական հավատքի քրիստոնեական եկեղեցի» կրոնական կազմակերպության մասնաշենքում Վանաձոր համայնքի ավագանու անդամի թեկնածուն, 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած Վանաձոր համայնքի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ իր օգտին չքվեարկելու համար վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով, ձեռքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել իրեն։

Նկատի ունենալով, որ հաղորդման հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերն առերևույթ պարունակում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։

Նույն օրը որոշում է կայացվել Ռաֆայել Գրիգորյանին տուժող ճանաչելու մասին և նշանակվել դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, հանձնարարություններ տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:
