Այդ իսկ պատճառով հարկավոր է լավ իմանալ, թե ինչպես տարբերել լեզվի առողջ և անառողջ գույները և ցանկացած փոփոխության դեպքում դիմել բժշկի։

Լեզվի գույնի փոփոխությունը շատ հաճախ վիտամինների պակասից է լինում, սակայն դա կարող է նաև շատ ավելի լուրջ հիվանդությունների հետևանք լինել։

Ահա, թե ինչ են նշանակում լեզվի տարբեր գույները․ 

Սպիտակ լեզու

Լեզվի սպիտակությունը կարող է մատնացույց անել մի շարք հիվանդություններ, սակայն առավել հաճախ դա նշանակում է, որ իմունային համակարգը չափազանց թույլ է։ Սպիտակությունը կարող է կապված լինել նաև ուժեղ հակաբիոտիկների ընդունման հետ։

Բացի այդ՝ սա կարող է լեյկոպլակիայի նշան լինել։ Ուշադիր եղեք, քանի որ լեյկոպլակիան շատ հաճախ քաղցկեղի հետևանք է դառնում։

Դեղին լեզու

Շատ սուրճ խմելը և ջրազրկվածությունը նույնպես կարող են լեզվի սևացման պատճառ դառնալ, սակայն եթե այս ախտանշանները չեն անցնում 10 օրվա ընթացքում, ապա պետք է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկի։
