 Երկրորդ Հայկական Ինտերնետ կառավարման համաժողովի` «ArmIGF 2016»-ի` «Կիբեռանվտանգություն՝ օրվա հրամայականը» թեմայով քննարկմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ ՊՆ Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի պետ, քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հայկ Քոթանջյանը և ՊԱՀՀ-ի Ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի Տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցային տեխնոլոգիաների և ազգային անվտանգության քաղաքականության կենտրոնի պետ Արման Գրիգորյանը: Նրանք իրենց մասնագիտական գնահատումներն են հնչեցրել համաժողովում քննարկվող թեմաների վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի լրատվական ծառայությունից, քննարկման ընթացքում դոկտոր Քոթանջյանը նշել է, որ ՊԱՀՀ-ում զգալի տեղ է հատկացվում կիբեռանվտանգությանը և տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսների կառավարմանը: Դրանց են միտված նաև Համալսարանի կազմում Տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցային տեխնոլո գիաների և ազգային անվտանգության քաղաքականության կենտրոնի հիմնումը և դրա զարգացմամբ՝ Կիբեռանվտանգության և տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսների զարգացման ռազմավարության ինստիտուտի ստեղծումը: ՊԱՀՀ-ի երիտասարդ գիտնական-վերլուծաբանները, կիբեռանվտանգության ոլորտի մասնագետները, միջազգային հեղինակավոր հետազոտական համալսարանների գործընկերների հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ, նրանց փորձի ուսումնասիրմամբ և դրա՝ Հայաստանում տեղայնացմամբ, ջանում են զարգացնել ու բարձրացնել մեզանում անվտանգային խնդիրների հետազոտության մակարդակը՝ ի նպաստ պետության ան վտանգության ամրապնդման:

Համաժողովի «Կիբեռանվտանգություն՝ օրվա հրամայականը» խորագրով քննարկմանը մասնակիցներն անդրադարձել են կիբեռանվտանգությանն առնչվող մարտահրավերներին ու լուծումներին, ինչպես նաև եղել են քննարկումներ այնպիսի հարցերի շուրջ, ինչպիսիք են` «Կիբեռանվտանգություն» հասկացության սահմանումը, Հատուկ կրիտիկական տեղեկատվական ենթակառուցվածք, Էլեկտրոնային ստորագրություն, Գաղտնագրման համակարգեր և այլն:

Հոկտեմբերի 5-ին մեկնարկել է Երկրորդ Հայկական Ինտերնետ կառավարման համաժողովը` «ArmIGF 2016», որը կազմակերպվել էր «ՀՀ Ինտերնետ կառավարման համաժողով» միջգերատեսչական խմբի կողմից, ՀՀ Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության, ինչպես նաև «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ-ի աջակցությամբ: Համաժողովի օրակարգում քննարկվող թեմաներն էին ինտերնետ կառավարումը՝ կայուն և ներառական զարգացման համար, ՏՏ աշխատաշուկայի մարտահրավերները, սոցիալական ցանցը՝ որպես բիզնես գործիք, կիբեռանվտանգությունը՝ օրվա հրամայական, ինտերնետ կառավարման ունակությունների զարգացումը, ինչպես նաև ոլորտին առչնվող բազմաթիվ այլ հարցեր:
