«Իրավունք».Հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ տառապողների աճ է նկատվում

«Վերջին շրջանում՝ հաճախ են արձանագրվում հոգեկան հիվանդների կողմից կատարված դաժան սպանությունների կամ հոգեկան հիվանդների ինքնասպանության դեպքեր։ Օրինակ բերենք ինքնասպանության փորձի վերջին դեպքը. Երթ մայրը բառացիորեն երեխաների աչքի առաջ փորձել էր վերջ տալ կյանքին, և միայն փրկարարների միջամտությամբ կնոջը փրկելուց հետո նրան տեղափոխեցին հոգեբուժական հիվանդանոց։

 

Ուրեմն,    ի՞նչն    է պատճառը, որ, փաստորեն հոգեկան անհավասարակշիռ վիճակում գտնվող և հասարակության ու հենց իրենց համար ռեալ վտանգ ներկայացնող այսքան շատ անձինք են հոգեբուժական հիվանդանոցներից դուրս։ Այս հարցի պատասխանը փորձեցինք ստանալ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության գլխավոր հոգեբույժ Սամվել Թորոսյանից, ով անդրադառնալով մեր հարցին՝ նկատեց.

 

- Նախ պետք է ասել, որ ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ տառապողների աճ է նկատվում։

Ինչ վերաբերում հոգեկան հիվանդների հետ կապված արձանագրված դեպքերին, ապա, ցավոք, նման դեպքեր միշտ էլ լինում են։ Հատկապես գարնան և աշնան ընթացքում նրանց մոտ նկատվում է հիվանդության սրացում, և հենց այդ ժամանակաշրջանում էլ, որպես կանոն, արձանագրվում են նման անձանց մասնակցությամբ դեպքեր։ Եվ, այո, այսօր ցավալի խնդիր է դա բոլորիս համար։ Բայց հոգեկան հիվանդություն ունեցող մարդկանց պետք է հոգեբուժարան կամ ընդամենը հոգեբույժի մոտ տանեն հարազատները։ Մինչդեռ հաճախ հենց հարազատների անուշադրության շնորհիվ է, որ հոգեկան հիվանդները, ճիշտ օգնությունը չստանալով, դառնում են հանցագործներ կամ իրենք իրենց են վնասում։ Միանշանակ այս խնդիրը շտկելու, լուծում տալու համար պետք է առաջին հերթին հիվանդի հարազատը մտածի շրջապատի մարդկանց անվտանգության մասին։ Իսկ դրա համար շատ բան պետք չէ, ընդամենը՝ դիմել հոգեբույժի և հասկացնել հիվանդին, որ ինքը բուժման կարիք ունի։ Պրակտիկան ցույց է տվել, որ ցանկացած հոգեկան հիվանդ, Եթե տեսնում է հարազատների սրտացավ վերաբերմունքը, անպայման ձգտում է բուժվել, նրա մոտ առաջխաղացում է նկատվում։ Այսինքն, Եթե հարևանը, բարեկամը անձի մոտ տեսնում է ինչ-ինչ հոգեկան խնդիրներ, կարող է միանգամից դիմել հոգեբույժի։ Այլ տարբերակ չկա, քանի որ գործող օրենսդրությամբ ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի ինչ-որ մեկին պարտադրել, որ նա գնա բուժվի»,–գրում է թերթը։
