Գյումրիում թիվ 34 ԸԸՀ-ն վերաքվեարկություն իրականացրեց. 6 կողմ, մեկ դեմ. պատկերը չփոխվեց

Գյումրիում թիվ 34 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովն այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին ժամը 16:00-ին կրկնակի քվեարկություն է իրականացնրել, քանի որ այսօր նույն հանձնաժողովի նիստում Գյումրիի ավագանու ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելիս չի հայտարարվել քվեարկության արդյունքները։ Այս մասին հայտնել է հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Էդվարդ Բաղրամյանը։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նա նշել է, որ հանձնաժողովի 7 անդամներից 6-ը կողմ է քվեարկել, մեկը՝ դեմ։ Այդ որոշմամբ Գյումրիի ավագանու ընտրություններում «Բալասանյան» դաշինքն ստացել է ավագանու 33 մանդատներից 17-ը։ 8 մանդատ ստացել է ԲՀԿ-ն, 4-ական մանդատ «ԳԱԼ-ն եւ «Հայկական վերածնունդը»։

Նշենք, որ այսօր թիվ 34 ԸԸՀ նիստի ժամանակ ԸԸՀ նախագահը չի բարձրաձայնել քվեարկության արդյունքները, նաեւ ներկաները չեն տեսել թե ինչպես է անցել քվեարկությունը։ Ավելի ուշ Գյումրիի ավագանի անցած 4 ուժերից 3-ը՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Հայկական վերածնունդը» և «ԳԱԼԱ» կուսակցություններից ավագանիների թեկնածուները ԸԸՀ դիմում են ներկայացրել վերաքվեարկության վերաբերյալ:

ԸԸՀ նախագահը նշել է, որ վերաքվեարկություն իրականցնում են, որպեսզի հետո դրա հետ կապված բողոքներ չլինեն։

Նշենք, որ Գյումրիի ավագանու մանդատի հավակնող ընդդիմադիր 3 ուժերը՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» (ԲՀԿ), «Հայկական վերածնունդ» (ՀՎԿ) ու ԳԱԼԱ կուսակցությունները պնդում են, որ իրենք մեծամասնություն են, իրենց ստացած քվեներով՝ 18 մանդատ ունեն, իսկ իշխանական «Բալասանյան դաշինք»-ը 15:

Նշենք, որ ըստ օրենսդրության, Գյումրիի ավագանու մանդատների կեսից ավելին ստանալու դեպքում տվյալ կուսակցության կամ դաշինքի ցուցակը գլխավորողը դառնում է քաղաքապետ։ Այս դեպքում քաղաքապետը կլինի Սամվել Բալասանյանը։

Ավելի վաղ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշել էր, որ ըստ օրենսդրության, եթե որեւէ կուսակցություն կամ դաշինք ստանում է մանդատների 40 տոկոսից ավելին, իսկ 15 մանդատը տվյալ դեպքում 40 տոկոսից ավելին է, ապա նրան տրվում է բոնուս եւ նրա մանդատների թիվը պետք է անցնի 50 տոկոսից։ 

Այս առնչությամբ Լեւոն Բարսեղյանը հայտարարել էր, որ եթե «Բալասանյան» դաշինքին տրվում է բոնուս եւ նրա մանդատների թիվը 15-ից դառնում է 17, ապա ո՞ր կուսակցության մանդատներից են վերցնում այդ երկու մանդատը։ 

Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին կգումարվի ավագանու նիստ, որի ժամանակ փակ-գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ կընտրվի Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ:
