ԲՀԿ-ն և ՀՎԿ-ն «քցեցին» «Լուսավոր Հայաստանին»

Այն, որ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության՝ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուի շուրջ ԲՀԿ-ի և ՀՎԿ-ի հետ միավորման առաջարկն այնքան էլ վստահելի միասնություն չէր կարող լինել, պարզ էր ի սկզբանե: Հակառակ դեպքում ԲՀԿ-ն և ՀՎԿ-ն այն այդքան չէին ձգձգի, այլ անմիջապես  կմիավորվեին և իրենց ստացած ձայներով ՀՀԿ-ին թույլ չէին տա «հաղթանակ» տոնել:

Բացի այդ, պարզ էր նաև, որ քաղաքական առևտրին սովոր երկու՝ ԲՀ և ՀՎ կուսակցություններն էլ փորձելու էին իրենց ստացած ձայները քաղաքական աճուրդի հանել և այն առավելագույն գնով վաճառել: Փաստ է, որ առևտուր կայացել է, բայց թե որքան է արժեցել դրա գինն այս պարագայում, այնքան էլ կարևոր չէ: Հստակ է մեկ բան, որ ՀՀԿ-ն քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը «վերցնելու» համար ոչ մի բանի առջև կանգ չէր առնի: Գուցե հենց դա էր պատճառը, որ քաղաքապետի թեկնածուի քվեարկության ժամանակ Երևանից Վանաձոր էր հասել նաև ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը:  

Հետաքրքիրն այստեղ այն է, որ փաստորեն ՀՀԿ-ն սրանով մեկ գնդակով երկու նապաստակ որսաց՝ մի կողմից՝ իր հարցերը լուծեց, մյուս կողմից էլ ցույց տվեց, որ թե՛ ԲՀԿ-ն, թե՛ ՀՎԿ-ն ծախվող կուսակցություններ են:

Եթե Գյումրիի քաղաքապետին «անցկացնելու» գործը հանձնարարվել էր ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանին, ապա նույն սցենարը չկրկնելու համար մեծությամբ  թվով երրորդ քաղաք Վանաձորում պետք է, որ գործի դրվեին աճպարարության  մնացած բոլոր հնարքները, այսինքն՝ ամեն գնով պետք է թույլ չտային, որ քաղաքական դաշտում փոփոխություն լինի, և ոչ մի դեպքում չպետք էր լուսավորել Վանաձոր քաղաքը:

Ինչևէ, այս պահին արդեն ունենք այն, ինչ ունեցանք, բայց ամենազավեշտալին այն էր, որ թե՛ ԲՀԿ-ից Արմեն Ավետիսյանը, թե՛ ՀՎԿ փոխնախագահ Հեղինե Բիշարյանը, շտապեցին հայտարարել, որ իրենք հավատարիմ են մնացել իրենց հուշագրի սկզբունքներին, իսկ թե ինչու նման պատկեր ձևավորվեց, չեն կարող ասել:

Այնուամենայնիվ, այս ընտրությունները ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ քաղաքականությունը ոչ թե հնարավորությունների արվեստ է, այլ հնագույն ժամանակներից մինչև մեր օրերը հասած արհեստ, որով զբաղվողների համար մշտապես գործել է «փողի դիմաց ամեն ինչ» սկզբունքը:

Բացի այդ, Վանաձորի ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ ԲՀԿ-ի և ՀՎԿ-ի հետ երբեք ու երբեք չի կարելի անտառ գնալ, քանի որ նրանք սեփական կաշին փրկելու համար պատրաստ են ընկերություն անել թե՛ արջի, թե՛ գայլի, թե՛ այլ գիշատիչների հետ: Նման բացահայտումը 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ բավական կարևոր ձեռքբերում էր, որը լուսավորեց այս կուսակցությունների իրական դեմքը:

Եվ տեղին է ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել այն թեզը, որ ԲՀԿ-ն և ԼՀԿ-ն երբեք էլ ընդդիմություն չեն եղել ու չեն լինի, նրանք պարզապես կարող են միայն «լավ խոսել», իսկ զանգ կախելու ժամանակ անպայման կծախվեն:
