«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀԿ-ում սպասողական, ծանր օրեր են։ Նրանք, ովքեր կրկին պատգամավորի աթոռին են ուզում բազմել (իսկ ցանկացողների պակաս չկա), անորոշ վիճակում են, սպասում են՝ երբ են «վերեւում» զտումներն ավարտվելու, որ իրենց «հարցերը լուծեն»։

Իսկ «վերեւներում», մեր տեղեկություններով, դիտավորյալ առկախել են հարցը, ինչը շատ է բարդացրել հատկապես մարզերը ներկայացնող պատգամավորների վիճակը։ Վերջիններս դժգոհում են, որ ոչ միայն չգիտեն, թե ինչպես է դասավորվելու իրենց ճակատագիրը, այլեւ առաջադրվելու դեպքում պատրաստվելու քիչ ժամանակ ունեն։

Սրան գումարվում է նաեւ մեկ այլ հանգամանք. բարեփոխված ԸՕ-ի պայմաններում, ըստ պատգամավորների, բավականին դժվարացել է իրենց գործը։ Օրինակ, եթե ՀՀԿ-ն որոշի, որ ցուցակում լինելու են եւ՛ այդ ընտրատարածքի պատգամավորը, եւ՛ մարզպետը, բավականին բարդ ու խճճված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվելու։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս օրինակը հնարավոր է կիրառվի Տավուշի մարզի պարագայում.
