- Պարոն Պետրոսյան, որքան գիտենք՝ դեռ շարունակվում է Ձեր և ԲՀԿ նախագահի միջև առաջացած վեճը։ Ի՞նչ փուլում է գտնվում գործի քննությունը և ինչպես եք տեսնում վեճի ապագան, եթե կուսակցության ղեկին վերադառնա կուսակցության նախկին նախագահը։

- Վեճը դեռ գտնվում է առաջին ատյանի դատարանում, և Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի անհետ կորած լինելու պատճառով արդեն երրորդ անգամ հետաձգվում է գործի քննությունը։

- Ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ նա չի ներկայանում դատարան։

- Երևի՝ ճիշտ կլիներ իրեն հարցնեիք։ Հավանաբար, զբաղված է Գյումրիում "գողական" ռազբորկաներով և ինչ-որ մարդկանց պապաներին պաստառ ուտացնելով։

- Իսկ Ծառուկյանի վերադարձի թեման Ձեզ չի՞ անհանգստացնում, և այդ դեպքում կշարունակեք՞ պնդել Ձեր հայցապահանջը։

- Իհարկե, չի անհանգստացնում։ Իմ պահանջը հիմնավոր է ու արդարացի, և անձանց փոփոխությունն ինձ չի կարող ետ պահել ճշմարտության ճանապարհից։ Իհարկե, խորապես համոզված եմ, որ կուսակցության ղեկը նորից վերցնելու դեպքում Ծառուկյանը ճշմարտությունն իմանալով՝ իր նախաձեռնությամբ կհարթի խնդիրը, որով և կհանգուցալուծվի վեճը։

- Պարոն Պետրոսյան, իսկ իբրև նախկին բհկ-ական, ինչպես՞ եք վերաբերում Ծառուկյանի՝ քաղաքականություն վերադարձի հարցին։

- Գիտեք, իմ կարծիքով Ծառուկյանից հետո ԲՀԿ-ն կուսակցապետ չի ունեցել՝ բառի իսկական իմաստով։ Այդ փաստն ընդունում են կուսակցական վերնախավում։ Բոլորն էլ հասկանում են, որ կուսակցության ներկայիս ղեկավարն զբաղված է իր հետ բացարձակապես կապ չունեցող գործով։ Այլ է խնդիրը, երբ նա իր զգացողությունների մասին սկսեց բարձրաձայնել վարչապետի փոփոխությունից հետո։ Ինքներդ դատեք,թե ինչու․․․ Իսկ իբրև իրավաբան, կասեմ, որ Ծառուկյանի՝ քաղաքականություն վերադառնալու խնդիր, իբրև այդպիսին, չկա․․․ Նա չի հեռացել քաղաքականությունից։ Ինչպե՞ս կարող է քաղաքական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձը դուրս լինել քաղաքականությունից։ Ես կհամաձայնեի այդ մոտեցմանը, եթե նա վայր դրած լիներ պատգամավորի մանդատը,ինչը տեղի չի ունեցել։ Ծառուկյանը քաղաքականության մեջ է 2006 թվականից մինչ օրս՝ առանց մեկ ժամ դադարի։

- Այսինքն՝ ըստ Ձեզ, նա չի՞ հեռացել քաղաքականությունից։

- Ես գտնում եմ, որ նա ոչ թե հեռացել է քաղաքականությունից, այլ ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրել է ակտիվ քաղաքական քայլերը։ Ժամանակավոր դադարը հեռանալ չէ։ Անգամ ամենահետաքրքիր գիրքն ընթերցելիս՝ երբեմն դադար է հարկավոր։ Կրկնում եմ՝ իրավաբանորեն և քաղաքագիտորեն այդպիսի իրավիճակ հնարավոր չէ, երբ քաղաքական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձը դուրս լինի քաղաքականությունից։ Ես "Ծառուկյանի վերադարձ" ասվածի տակ հասկանում եմ կուսակցության ղեկը նորից ընդունելը,այլ ոչ թե քաղաքականություն վերադառնալը, քանի որ նա իրավաբանորեն երբեք էլ չի լքել քաղաքականությունը։

- Ըստ Ձեզ, կա՞ նման վերադարձի հանրային հենարան։

- Կարծում եմ՝ այո։ Վերջին շրջանում այդ պահանջը հնչեցվում է տարբեր բնագավառի հայտնի մարդկանց կողմից: Շրջանների բազմաթիվ բնակիչներ խնդրում էին Ծառուկյանին հաղորդել ակտիվ քաղաքականությունը վերսկսելու իրենց խնդրանքը։ Ընդ որում՝ այդպիսի խնդրանքով հանդես էին գալիս նաև ոչ ԲՀԿ-ականները։

- Պարոն Պետրոսյան, Ծառուկյանի ակտիվացումը քաղաքական ներկա իրավիճակում ինչի՞ պակասը կլրացնի։

- Ծառուկյանի քաղաքական ակտիվացումը կլրացնի քաղաքականության մեջ փոխադարձ հանդուրժողականության, ներքին համերաշխության և ապագայի նկատմամբ հավատի պակասը։ Նրա վերադարձի հանրային թելադրանքն օր-օրի անկասելի է դառնում: Կարծում եմ՝ վերջին մեկուկես տարիների կյանքը ցույց տվեց, որ այդ պակասը լրացնելն "ամեն մեկի խելքի բանը չէ․․․

Դա կարող է և պետք է անի հենց ինքը՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը…
