ԱՄՆ Նյու Յորք քաղաքում «Հայաստան» ներդրումային համաժողովի շրջանակում կազմակերպված թեմատիկ լիագումար նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է երկրի էներգետիկ քաղաքականությունը, էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության կառուցվածքը, ոլորտի կանոնակարգերը և ինստիտուցիոնալ միջավայրը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի լրատվական ծառայությունից, Հայաստան ի Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանը միջազգային ներդրողների ուշադրությանն է ներկայացրել ոլորտի ներդրումային հնարավորությունները և հանդես է եկել ընդարձակ շնորհանդեսով:

«Հայաստանի էներգետիկ ոլորտը բնութագրվում է որպես հավասարակշռված և լավ գործող համակարգ, որն ավելի շատ բնորոշ է զարգացող երկրներին: Ատոմային, ջերմային և վերականգնվող ռեսուրսներից արտադրվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի մասնաբաժինները համարյա հավասար են: Ռուսաստանից և Իրանից երկու գազատարներ ապահովում են գազամատակարարման համակարգի դիվերսիֆիկացիան:

Արդյունավետ գործող ինստիտուցիոնալ կառուցվածքը, ինչպես նաև փոխադրման և բաշխման ցանցն ապահովում են էլեկտրաէներգիայի կայուն մատակարարումը և ծառայությունների մատուցումն ամբողջ ազգաբնակչությանն ու տնտեսությանը:

Այնուամենայնիվ, հաշվի առնելով էներգակիր հանածոների բացակայությունը, առաջնային էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներից կախվածությունը, Հայաստանի կառավարությունը շարունակում է փնտրել նոր հնարավորություններ բարձրացնելու էներգետիկ անվտանգության մակարդակը՝ մատակարարման, էներգետիկ արդյունավետության, նոր ներդրումների, նոր տեխնոլոգիաների, տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության, ինչպես նաև կայուն ենթակառուցվածքների ապահովման նպատակով»,- նշված է «Հայաստան» ներդրումային համաժողովում էներգետիկ ոլորտին առնչվող լիագումար նիստի հիմնական զեկույցում:

Հիմնական զեկուցողը ներկայացրել է ատոմային, ջերմային, հիդրո, վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի և հանքային ոլորտներում ներդրումային հնարավորությունները:

Լիագումար նիստի մոդերատոր, Համաշխարհային բանկի Էներգետիկ տնտեսության, շուկաների և ինստիտուտների գծով ղեկավար Վիվիեն Ֆոսթերը նշել է. «Հայաստանի էներգետիկայի բնագավառը համատեղում է ժամանակակից կարգավորող և ինստիտուցիոնալ շրջանակը՝ հաստատուն քայլեր գրանցելով ծախսածածկման սակագների և էլեկտրաէներգիայի գնման համաձայնագրերի հաստատման գործընթացում»։

Էներգետիկային առնչվող թեմատիկ նիստի ընթացքում հայկական թիմի կողմից հավանական ներդրողներին տեղեկություններ են տրամադրվել նաև Հայաստանի՝ վերականգնվող էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների (արևային, քամու, ջերմային, փոքր ՀէԿ –եր) զարգացման ներուժի մասին: Ամերիկյան «Կոնտուր Գլոբալ» ընկերությունը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի էներգետիկ ոլորտում ներդրումների իր հաջողված փորձը:
