Որքան էլ տարօրինակ չհնչի, սակայն բուլկիները միշտ չէ, որ քաղցցրահամ են լինում, սակայն այդ դեպքում իրենց քաղցրության պակասը կոմպենսացնում են իրենց շրջակայքը, օրինակ՝ աշխատավայրը քաղցրացնելով: Սա ի միջի այլոց:
Կոտայքի նորաթուխ մարզպետ Արամ Հարությունյանը եվրոպաներում շքեղ առանձնատներ ձեռք բերելուց ու իրեն շռայլություններ թույլ տալուց հետո էլ, ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների, որոշել է մի մեծ ֆազենդայի վերածել Կոտայքի մարզպետանը:
Այս օրերին Կոտայքի մարզպետարանաը նույնիսկ կարող է օտարերկրյա տուրիստներ ձգել իր կողմ, եթե զբոսավարներն այն ներկայացնեն որպես հնավայր, ավերված ինչ-որ մշակութային որժեք:
Ի դեպ, տարածքը Կոտայքի մարզպետարանին տրամադրված է վարձակալական հիմունքներով և լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ մարզպետարանը քաղաքապետարանին տարեկան բավականին կլորիկ գումար է մուծում `վարձակալության ծախսերի համար:Բայց արի ու տես, որ Արամ Հարությունյանն առանց որևէ համապատասխան թույլտվության որոշել է իր բոստանում`այսինքն վարձակալած տարածքում, Հյուսիասյին պողոտային համարժեք շինարարություն իրականացնել: Ասում են, այդ տարածքում հիմնական պատերից սկսած քանդուքարափ են արել, եւ մարզպետի ճաշակով նորից այն վերանորոգել ու բերել են մոտավորապես Լուվրի թանգարանի տեսքի: Մարզպետի նստավայրում փոխվել է ամեն ինչ` նոր, թանկարժեք դռներ ու պատուհաններ, նոր գույք, կահկարասի, տեխնիկա, նոր, թանկարժեք ներկերով ու պաստառներով զարդարաված պատեր, մի խոսքով՝ իսկական պարահանդես…
Կարճ ասած, ևս մեկ մարզպետի ուսերին ֆեոդալի փոշի նստեց և, հավանաբար, նրա երազանքի հաջորդ փուլը կլինի բդեշխ դառնալը, ինչը, սակայն, հետագայի խոսակցություն է: Վերադառնամ ֆեոդալի աթոռանիստին, որը կարգի բերելու համար, ըստ նույն տեղեկությունների, ծախսվել է մոտ 60-70 մլն դրամ, միայն թե դեռևս պարզ չէ, թե ում փողերով է այս ամենն իրականացվել, քանի որ այս արարողության համար մարզպետարանի բյուջեից ոչ մի լումա դուրս չի գրվել, և ոչ էլ հայտնի են այլ միջոցներ, որով մարզպետը կարող էր իրեն նման շռայլություններ թույլ տալ:
Ի դեպ, մարզպետի նստավայրի շինարարական աշխտանքների «պրարաբը» ոմն Արշոն է, ով էլ այս օրերին մեծ թափով շինանյութ է, որ կրում է դեպի մարզպետարան:
Մեծն մարզպետն, իհարկե, իրավունք չուներ վարձակալական տարածում այսպիսի խրախճանք կազմակերպեր, սակայն Հրազդանի քաղաքապետարանն էլ իրավունք չուներ ուղտի ականջում քնած լինել: Կամ էլ միգուցե քաղաքապետարանն այլ տարբերակ չի էլ ունեցել: Վերջիվերջո, ֆեոդալները հզոր են:
Բայց սա դեռ վերջը չէ, մարզպետարանը կապիտալ վերանորոգման կանգնացնելուց հետո մարզպետը մեծ թափով սկսել է հեռացնել մարզպետարանի ծնունդով հրազդանցի կադրերին` նրանց փոխարինելով նոր երևանյան կադրերով: Անգամ քարտուղարուհուն Երևանից է տարել: Իսկ թե ինչով է պայամանավորված մարզպետի այս հաղթարշավը, և թե վերջապես ինչ միջոցներով է իրականացվում այս շինարարությունը, այդպես էլ չհաջողվեց իմանալ. լրագրողներին Արամ Հարությունյանը ցույց էր տվել քաղաքապետարանի և իր տեղակալների տեղը: Իսկ Հրազդանի քաղաքապետարանում, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, մարզպետի բռնած գործերի մասին շատերը գերադասում են լռել, փոխարենը սենսացիոն հայատարարություն է անում քաղաքապետարանի ճարտարապետ Մյասնիկ Կոստանյանը՝ ասելով, որ. մարզպետարանի վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ծախսը իր վրա է վերցրել քաղաքապետարանը ` տեղական բյուջեից տրամադրելով 15 մլն դրամ:
Փաստորեն այս մարզում բոլոր հարցերը լուծված էին՝ միայն մարզպետարանի վերանորոգումն էր պակասում:
Այսպիսով, իմացանք, թե որտեղից էր 15 միլիոնը, սակայն ընդհանուր ծախսը մոտ 60-70 միլիոն է կազմում: Իսկ թե ո՞ր մի բարի քեռին է տալու մնացածը՝ այս մասին դեռ չգիտեմ:
Ի դեպ, վերջերս Արամ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել էր, որ իր տարածքում ոչ մի հրազդանցի կադր չի թողնելու: Միգուցե Արամ Դանիելյանը դրա համա՞ր է այդպես սիրաշահում իր ընկերոջը, որ գոնե քաղաքապետարանի կադրերին ձեռք չտա:
