Համաշխարհային բանկի  առողջապահական թիմի ղեկավար, առողջապահության գլխավոր մասնագետ Սուսաննա Հայրապետյանի և «Հայաստանում արդյունավետ և ներառական համընդհանուր առողջապահական ծածկույթի (ՀԱԾ) ապահովման» առաջադրանքի թիմի ղեկավար, առողջապահության ոլորտի տնտեսագետ Ռուզել Ֆ. Լավադոնի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանին ամփոփ ներկայացվել են 1997 թվականից ի վեր դոնոր կազմակերպության կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացված ծրագրերը։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Սուսաննա Հայրապետյանը  կարևորել է, որ այդ ծրագրերը համահունչ են եղել երկրի կարիքներին և կառավարության գերակա ուղղություններին։ Համաշխարհային բանկը, համաձայնագիր կնքելով պետության հետ, ծրագրերի շրջանակում ծախսվող գումարների և իրականացվող աշխատանքների որակի նկատմամբ  խիստ վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում։

Բազմաբնույթ ուղղություններից նշվել են ինչպես գյուղական բնակավայրերում առաջնային օղակի զարգացման և ընտանեկան բժշկի ինստիտուտի ներդրման, այնպես էլ` մարզային հիվանդանոցային համակարգի օպտիմալացման և արդիականացման  ծրագրերը։ Դրանց զուգահեռ իրականացվել են ոչ պակաս կաևորության ինստիտուցիոնալ և կառավարման ոլորտի բարեփոխումներ, ներդրվել են ֆինանսավորման նոր մեխանիզմներ և այն։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կարևորվել է իրականացված ծրագրերի գնահատման, դրանց արդյունավետության չափման շարունակականության ապահովումը։  Այս առումով շոշափելի են նաև սկրինինգային ծրագրերի սպասվելիք արդյունքները։ Սուսաննա Հայրապետյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ ԱՆ Առողջապահական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակի թիմի կողմից կատարված աշխատանքները։

Համաշխարհային բանկի ներկայացուցիչների հետ նաև քննարկվել են առողջապահության ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները, առաջիկա անելիքները։  

Սուսաննա Հայրապետյանը հայտնել է համակարգի համընդհանուր գնահատման, ինչպես նաև առանձին ուղղություններով գրանտային միջոցներով առաջնահերթ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու  Համաշխարհային բանկի պատրաստակամությունը։ Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել  առաջիկայում առավել մանրամասն քննարկել  համագործակցության եզրերը»։
