Մոսկվա-Երեւան ավտոբուսի վթարի քրգործով ձեռնարկվում են քննչական գործողություններ

ՌԴ ՆԳՆ քննչական վարչության՝ Հյուսիսային Օսեթիայի Հանրապետության ստորաբաժանման վարույթում շարունակվում է Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղին իրականացնող «Մերսեդես Բենց» մակնիշի 50 AA 515 համարանիշով  ավտոբուսի՝ հոկտեմբերի 14-ին տեղի ունեցած վթարի դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեականի գործի նախաքննությունը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին  ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական կայքից, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ՝ ՌԴ-ի քննչական մարմիններում ՀՀ ՔԿ ներկայացուցիչ Իլյա Վարովը մշտական կապի մեջ է ռուս գործընկերների հետ, և քննության ընթացքի մասին պարբերաբար զեկուցվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահին։

Հաշվի առնելով հասարակական մեծ հետաքրքրությունը դեպքի վերաբերյալ՝ տրամադրում ենք որոշ տեղեկություններ ՌԴ իրավասու մարմինների վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի քննության ընթացքի վերաբերյալ՝ այն ծավալով, որքանի հրապարակումը չի խոչընդոտի գործի հետագա քննությանը։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ վթարը տեղի է ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 04։10-ի սահմաններում. Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղին իրականացնելիս Վլադիկավկազ-Բեսլան շրջանցիկ ավտոճանապարհի 8-րդ կմ-ին «Մերսեդես Բենց» մակնիշի մարդատար ավտոբուսը բախվել է ավտոճանապարհի աջ կողմում կայանված «Սկանիա  R420LA4X2HNA» մակնիշի՝ ավտոմեքենաներ տեղափոխող բեռնատարին, որի առաջամասը բախվել է  առջևում կայանված  «Լեքսուս LX 570» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային։

Վթարի հետևանքով մահացել է ավտոբուսի վարորդը և 4 ուղևոր, որոնցից 3-ը՝ ազգությամբ ռուս, ՌԴ քաղաքացի, իսկ 2-ը, այդ թվում՝ ավտոբուսի վարորդը, ազգությամբ հայ, ՀՀ քաղաքացի։

ՌԴ ՆԳՆ քննչական վարչության՝ Հյուսիսային Օսեթիայի Հանրապետության ստորաբաժանման վարույթում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 264-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով (Ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու և ավելի մարդու մահ), ստեղծվել քննչական խումբ։

Քրեական գործով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաավտոտեխնիկական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել տարբեր անձինք, նրանց թվում՝ ավտոբուսի 26 ուղևոր։ Քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել է նաև «Սկանիա  R420LA4X2HNA» բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը՝ որպես կասկածյալ։
