Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ամփոփվել են մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների աշխատանքների 2016թ. անցած 9 ամիսների, սեպտեմբեր ամսվա և երրորդ եռամսյակի գնահատման ու վերլուծության արդյունքները: 

Ներկայացնելով քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում կատարած աշխատանքների սեպտեմբեր ամսվա ամփոփ ցուցանիշները` քաղաքապետի խորհրդական Արայիկ Քոթանջյանը նշել է, որ աղյուսակային ընդհանուր սանդղակում առաջին հորիզոնականը զբաղեցրել է Շենգավիթ, երկրորդը` Ավան, իսկ երրորդ հորիզոնականը Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանը: Սեպտեմբեր ամսվա ամփոփիչ գնահատման և վերլուծության արդյունքներով վերջին՝ տասներորդ, տասնմեկերորդ և տասներկուերորդ տեղերն էլ համապատասխանաբար զբաղեցրել են Աջափնյակ, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն և Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանները: 
Քաղաքային տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտներում երրորդ եռամսյակի ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքների ամփոփ տվյալների համաձայն էլ աղյուսակային ընդհանուր սանդղակում առաջին հորիզոնականը զբաղեցրել է Շենգավիթ, երկրորդը՝ Դավթաշեն, իսկ երրորդ տեղը կիսել են Ավան և Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանները: 2016թ. երրորդ եռամսյակի ամփոփիչ գնահատման և վերլուծության արդյունքներով ամենացածր ցուցանիշները գրանցել են Կենտրոն, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն և Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանները: 
2016թ. անցած 9 ամիսների գնահատման ու վերլուծության արդյունքներով էլ առաջին հորիզոնականը զբաղեցրել է Շենգավիթ, երկրորդը՝ Դավթաշեն, իսկ երրորդ տեղը Ավան վարչական շրջանը: Անցած 9 ամիսների ամփոփ տվյալներով վերջին՝ տասներորդ, տասնմեկերորդ և տասներկուերորդ տեղերն էլ կրկին համապատասխանաբար զբաղեցրել են Աջափնյակ, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն և Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանները: 
Ամփոփելով ներկայացված արդյունքները` Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն անթույլատրելի է համարել այն հանգամանքը, որ գնահատման ու վերլուծության ամփոփիչ արդյունքներով վերջին՝ ամենացածր հորիզոնականները զբաղեցրել են նույն վարչական շրջանները:
«Յուրաքանչյուր վարչական շրջան պարտավոր է իր աշխատանքները կազմակերպել այնպես, որ գնահատման աղյուսակային ընդհանուր սանդղակում ներառված բոլոր ոլորտներում կարողանա ապահովել առաջընթաց: Գնահատման համակարգում ընդգրկված են այն ոլորտները, որոնք ապահովում են մայրաքաղաքի համաչափ զարգացումը: Իսկ այն պատկերը, որն արձանագրվել է Կենտրոն, Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն և Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջաններում, նշանակում է, որ թերացումներ կան մի քանի ոլորտներում, ինչի արդյունքում էլ այս երեք վարչական շրջանները մշտապես հայտնվում են վերջին հորիզոնականներում: Սա անթույլատրելի է: Մենք չպետք է սահմանափակվենք միայն համապատասխան բաժինների աշխատակիցներին նկատողություններ հայտարարելով: Պատկերն իսկապես մտահոգիչ է և պետք է լրջորեն վերանայել, ընդհուպ նաև ազատել աշխատանքից այն ոլորտների պատասխանատուներին, որտեղ կրկնվում են թերացումները»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:
