Թուրքիայի քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամ, մեջլիսի հայազգի պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը պաշտոնապես բողոք է ներկայացրել դատարանին` նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ներկայությամբ հակահայկական վանկարկումների համար:

Այս մասին Փայլանը հայտնել է թվիթերյան միկրոբլոգում:

Փայլանն իր բողոքում պահանջել է դատական գործ հարուցել Թուրքիայի քրեական օրենսգրքի 216-րդ («ժողովրդին ատելության և թշնամության դրդելու կամ նվաստացնելու») և 125-րդ («վիրավորելու») հոդվածներով: Պատգամավորը նշել է, որ Էրդողանի մասնակցությամբ ցույցի ժամանակ հավաքված ամբոխից մի խումբ անձինք բղավել են «Հայ վիժվածքները մեզ չեն վհատեցնի», իսկ նախագահը կամ ներկա մյուս պաշտոնատար անձինք լուռ լսել են դա և չեն միջամտել:

«Այս խոսքերը, բացի այն, որ վիրավորանք են այլ էթնոս և դավանանք ունեցող, հարյուրամյակներ շարունակ այս տարածքներում բնակվող հայ ժողովրդի դեմ, միևնույն ժամանակ ատելության խոսք են պարունակում համաձայն Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական համաձայնագրի, որի կողմ է Թուրքիան:

Ցավալի է, սակայն հայերի դեմ նման հայտարարություններն առաջին միջադեպը չեն: Էրդողանի լռությունը և հնչեցվող կոչերը չսաստելու հանգամանքը մեծացնում է նման արտահայտությունների ուժը` հայերի թիրախավորումն ավելի հեշտացնելով»,- նշել է Փայլանը դատարանին ներկայացրած բողոքի մեջ:
