 ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ներկայացրեց Ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը և հարակից նախագծերի փաթեթը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Դավիթ Հարությունյանը հայտնեց, որ Ազգային ժողովի 5 խմբակցություններ համաձայնության են եկել նախագծում առկա խնդրահարույց դրույթի հարցում: «Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, գնում էր ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ կեղծ հայտարարություն տալու դեպքում քրեական պատասխանատվության սահմանմանը: Հիմնական քննարկումները գնում էին այն հարցի շուրջ, որ անձը կարող է ոչ թե դիտավորյալ, այլ անզգուշության արդյունքում կեղծ հայտարարություն ներկայացնել, իսկ նման դեպքերում քրեական պատասխանատվությունը տեղին չէ: Երկար քննարկումներից հետո մենք կարողացանք գալ փոխզիջումային տարբերակի»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ տարանջատվում են դիտավորյալ և անփութությամբ արված կեղծ հայտարարությունները: Դիտավորյալ կեղծ հայտարարություն ներկայացնելու դեպքում քրեական պատասխանատվությունը պահպանվում է, որը ենթադրում է 2-5 տարվա ազատազրկում, իսկ անփութության արդյունքում ներկայացված կեղծ հայտարարության դեպքում՝ հանվում: «Սահմանում ենք, որ անփութության արդյունքում կեղծ հայտարարություն ներկայացնելը պատժվում է տուգանքով նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից մինչև ութհարյուրապատիկը կամ մինչև երկու տարի ազատազրկմամբ: Այսինքն, այստեղ բավակա նին լուրջ մեղմացման ենք գնացել»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը և հարակից նախագծերի փաթեթը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունելու հարցը քվեարկության կդրվի հոկտեմբերի 20-ի նիստում:
