Այսօր ԱԺ-ում առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվեց ԸՕ-ում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագիծը, որի շուրջ ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցի ժամանակ ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը ասաց, որ եթե քաղաքացիները ներկայացնում են դիմումներ կրկնաքվեարկության մասին, ապա ընտրական հանձնաժողովները, պետությունը կա՛մ պետք է հերքեն, կա՛մ պետք է դա ընդունեն՝ որպես հավաստի տեղեկություն։

Ինչպես նշեց պատգամավորը, իշխանության կողմից մտավախություն կա, որ այդ դեպքում կարող է դիմումների տեղատարափ լինել և հնարավոր չլինի դրանք ստուգել ու հերքել:

«Նրանք առաջարկել են, որպես հակակշիռ, նախատեսել քրեական պատասխանատվություն սուտ մատնության համար, որին մենք դեմ չենք, մեր համաձայնագրում դա կա»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, թե ամբողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ եթե մարդը մոլորության մեջ է եղել, ապա դա չի կարող հիմք ծառայել սուտ մատնության համար: 

«Մենք առաջարկում ենք մտցնել «ակնհայտ սուտ մատնություն» արտահայտությունը: Սա նշանակում է` եթե մարդը դիտավորությամբ է սուտ ասում, պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի: Իսկ եթե բարեխղճորեն մոլորության մեջ է եղել, այսինքն` ինչ-որ տեղեկություններ է հայտնել՝ մտածելով, որ ճիշտ է, դրա համար նրան չեն կարողանան պատասխանատվության ենթարկել: Դա կլինի լուծումը, եթե «ակնհայտ սուտ մատնություն» տերմինն օգտագործվի»,- ասաց Լ. Զուրաբյանը:
