Մայրաքաղաքը ներկայացնող և քաղաքի մասին պատմող «Երևան Սիթի Տուր» զբոսաշրջային պաշտոնական երթուղային ծրագրից օգտվում են ինչպես Երևան այցելող զբոսաշրջիկները, այնպես էլ մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչները:  Սպասված ծրագրի սեզոնի պաշտոնական բացումն այս տարի մայիսի 1-ից էր, սակայն հաշվի առնելով Երևան այցելող զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը և զբոսաշրջային ակտի վ սեզոնը՝ «Երևան Սիթի Տուր» ծրագիրն աշխատել է դեռևս մարտ ամսից:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ըստ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տուրիզմի բաժնի ամփոփած տվյալների` մարտ–մայիս ամիսներին իրականացված տուրերին մասնակցել է 885 այցելու, որոնց հիմնական մասը կազմել են Իրանից ժամանած զբոսաշրջիկները:

Ամռան երեք ամիսների ընթացքում իրականացված 190 տուրի շրջանակում ծրագրից օգտվել է շուրջ 1000 այցելու, որոնց գերակշիռ մասը եղել են զբոսաշրջիկներ ՌԴ-ից, Ֆրանսիայից, ԱՄՆ–ից, Ուկրաինայից, Լեհաստանից, Գերմանիայից և եվրոպական մի շարք այլ երկրներից։

2016 թվականի ընթացքում տուրիզմի բաժինը շարունակել է սոցիալական նշանակություն ունեցող ծրագրերի իրականացման որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը, և «Երևան Սիթի Տուր» ծրագրի շրջանակում կազմակերպվել են երթուղիներ ԼՂՀ-ում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների երեխաների, մարզերի դպրոցահասակ երեխաների, ուսանողների, հաշմանդամների, տարեցների համար։ 

Նշենք նաև, որ Երևանի զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի շրջանակում տուրիզմի բաժնի կողմից պարբերաբար ձեռնարկվում են նոր ծրագրեր, որոնք ուղղակիորեն նպաստում են զբոսաշրջիկների թվի ավելացմանն ու միջազգային հարթակներում Երևանի՝ որպես զբոսաշրջային նախընտրելի ուղղություն ընդգրկմանը:

Մասնավորապես, հեղինավոր «TripAdvisor» էլեկտրոնային զբոսաշրջային հարթակի կողմից տարվա ընթացքում անցկացված ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխության 2015թ. «Զբոսաշրջիկների ընտրություն» անվանակարգում աշխարհի խոշորագույն քաղաքների շարքում Երևանը զբաղեցրել է 7-րդ հորիզոնականը:
