Լրագրողների համահայկական համաժողովը քննարկել է Սփյուռքի և Հայաստանի լրագրության խնդիրները

Լրագրողների համահայկական 8-րդ համաժողովում  կայացել է «ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացչությունների և սփյուռքյան կառույցների համագործակցության ուղիները» թեմատիկ նիստով, որը վարել են ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը, լրագրող, հրապարակախոս Պայծիկ Գալաջյանը, «Վանա Ձայն» ռադիոյի տնօրեն Ավետիս Կիտանյանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից` հավելելով. ««Հայաստանի և Իսրայելի դիվանագիտական անկայուն հարաբերություններն ու Իսրայելի հայկական կազմակերպությունների աջակցությունը հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում» թեմայով զեկույց ներկայացրեց  «Իսրայելահայեր» թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Արտյոմ Չերնամորյանը: Նա անդրադարձավ հայ-իսրայելական դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների պատմությանը, նշեց վերջին շրջանում դրանց ակտիվացման միտումներն ու դրական ազդեցությունը հայ համայնքի հեղինակության և վարկանիշի ամրապնդման վրա:

«ՀՀ դիվանագիտությունը, սփյուռքյան կառույցները, համագործակցության ուղիները և համշենահայերը» թեմայով զեկուցեց «Հայկական տեղեկատվական կենտրոն» կայքի թղթակից, համշենահայ կանանց միջազգային միության նախագահ Սաիդա Օհանյանը: Նա կարևորեց համշենահայերի խնդիրների լուծման հրատապությունը, անդրադարձավ համայնքային կառույցների և պետական մարմինների փոխհարաբերություններին:

«Անկախ և հետախուզական մամուլ»-ի էությանը և զարգացման ուղիներին անդրադարձավ լիբանանահայ լրագրող, հրապարակախոս Հակոբ Բալյանը: Նա կարևորեց հայոց լեզվի մաքրության, տեղեկատվության ճշգրտության, թեմաների շրջանակի ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտությունը:
 
«Մեր մամուլը հանրակրթարան է և՛ քաղաքական, և՛ մշակութային առումներով»,- հավելեց նա:
 
«ՀՀ իմիջի ձևավորման բաղադրիչներն օտարալեզու ԶԼՄ-ներում» թեմայով զեկուցում ներկայացրեց «Հայկական Փի Ար ասոցիացիա»գիտատեղեկատվական ՀԿ նախագահ Աստղիկ Ավետիսյանը:
 
Նա նշեց. «Այս համաժողովները կարևոր են ոչ միայն ինֆորմացիափոխանակելու առումով, այլև հնարավորություն են տալիս շփվել միմյանց հետ ու հասկանալ, թե ինչպես ուղղորդել լրատվական դաշտը,ինչպես ներկայանալ աշխարհին»: Զեկուցողը կարևորեց դրական իմիջ ձևավորելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Ելույթ ունեցավ նաև Լիբանանի «Արարատ» օրաթերթի ներկայացուցիչ Անի Թորանյանը: Նա կարևորեց համաժողովները՝ որպես ժողովրդի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման նպաստավոր հանգրվաններ` շեշտելով, որ հայկական լրատվական դաշտը մեկ գերակա դերակատարություն ունի՝ ծառայել հայրենիքին:

Ավարտելով իր խոսքը՝ նա նշեց. «Մեր մաղթանքն է, որ այս համաժողովը այդ ուղղությամբ վճռական քայլ կատարի: Յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ընդունի, որ ինքն է հայրենիքի և՛ տերը , և՛ ծառան»:

Տեղի ունեցան քննարկումներ մամուլի լեզվի, առաջնահերթությունների, նաև՝ ազգային խնդիրների վերհանման հարցերի շուրջ: Հնչեցին առաջարկներ:

Երեկոյան սփյուռքյան լրատվամիջոցների ղեկավարները կհանդիպեն ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ:

Համաժողովն իր աշխատանքը կշարունակի նաև վաղը»:

Համաժողովի շրջանակներում սփյուռքյան լրատվամիջոցների ղեկավարները հանդիպել են ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ:
