ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մովսես Հակոբյանը և ՀՀ նախագահի գլխավոր ռազմական տեսուչ՝ գեներալ-գնդապետ Միքայել Հարությունյանը այցելել են Ստեփանակերտի կենտրոնական զինհոսպիտալ, ծանոթացել բուժսպասարկման պայմաններին, շփվել հոսպիտալի բուժանձնակազմի և առողջական տարբեր խնդիրներով այստեղ գտնվող զինծառայողների հետ:

ԼՂ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից տեղեկանում ենք, որ բանակի խորացված հրամանատարական կետում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լևոն Մնացականյանը անդրադարձել է այն հիմնական գործընթացներին, որոնք իրականացվել և շարունակում են իրականացվել Արցախի հանրապետության պաշտպանական ներուժի մեծացման ուղղությամբ, ներկայացրել այն հիմնական գործողությունները, որոնք կյանքի կկոչվեն հակառակորդի հավանական ագրեսիայի ծավալման դեպքում:

Պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները եղել են նաև առաջնագծում, ծանոթացել կատարված ինժեներական աշխատանքներին, ղեկավարման համակարգի, նորագույն տեխնիկական միջոցների ներդրման և զսպման մեխանիզմների կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ իրականացված ծավալուն գործընթացներին, շփվել դիրքապահ զինծառայողների հետ, որոնցից առավել աչքի ընկածները նաև խրախուսվել են պաշտպանության նախարարի կողմից:

Այնուհետև հյուրերը այցելել են բանակի «Ասպարեզ» ուսումնական կենտրոն, հետևել այստեղ իրականացվող պարապմունքների ընթացքին, որից հետո կենտրոնական ենթակայության մի շարք զորամասերում հանդիպումներ են ունեցել և, ճաշել անձնակազմի հետ, շնորհակալություն հայտնել վերջիններիս բարեխիղճ ծառայության համար և ներկայացրել այն նոր մոտեցումները, որոնք ընկած կլինեն հայկական զինված ուժերի հետագա զարգացման հիմքում:

Աղբյուրը փոխանցում է նաև, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը և Մովսես Հակոբյանը հստակեցրել են երկու հայկական պետությունների ռազմական համագործակցության ընթացիկ և առաջիկա խնդիրները,  ճշգրտվել այն հիմնական անելիքները ու դրանց հերթականությունը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել հակառակորդի ագրեսիվ նկրտումները սանձելու և զսպման ու հակազդման մեխանիզմները առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ:
