Տնտեսագետը 2016 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբերին Հայաստանում գրանցված 19,6 տոկոս արտահանման աճը կապում է գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի ավելացման հետ:

Տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը նշեց, որ արտահանման աճին նպաստել է գյուղարտադրության ավելացումը, ինչը պայմանավորված է սեզոնի բարենպաստ լինելով: 

«Դա տեղի է ունեցել գյուղմթերքի արտադրության, ինչպես նաև հանքահումքային արդյունաբերության աճի հետևանքով: Իհարկե, միտումը շատ լավ է, բայց բոլոր դեպքերում այստեղ էլ ռիսկեր գոյություն ունեն:

Դրանք կապված են տվյալ տարվա բարենպաստ լինելու կամ միջազգային շուկաներում հանքահումքային արդյունաբերության իրացման գների հետ»,- ասաց տնտեսագետը:

Անդրադառնալով ներմուծման ցուցանիշի նվազմանը՝ Բոստանջյանն ընդգծեց, որ այն սպառողական պահանջարկի փոքրացման պատճառով է նվազել:

«Ներմուծման նվազումը  կապված պահանջարկի փոքրացման հետ, ինքն էլ արտագաղթի, եկամուտների նվազման հետևանք է: Հասարակությունը սկսել է ավելի զսպողական մոտեցումներ կիրառել: Սպառման և պահանջարկի փոքրացումը բերել է ներմուծման նվազեցման»,-նշեց Բոստանջյանը:

Տնտեսագետի դիտակմամբ` Հայաստանում ապրանքաշրջանառությունն այնքան փոքր է, որ ցանկացած առաջընթաց էականորեն ազդում է տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշի վրա: Վերջինիս մասին խոսելիս, ըստ Բոստանջյանի, պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև արտադրության ծավալները, ՓՄՁ-ների գործունեությունը, ազատ մրցակցային հարաբերություններում հաջողությունները նույնպես:

Տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը նաև հավելեց, որ նոր կառավարությունը կարծես թե փորձեր անում է այս ուղղությամբ, բայց քանի որ համակարգը մեծ է, փոփոխությունները միանգամից աչքի չեն ընկնում:
