Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և ԼՂՀ շրջանների միջև համագործակցության շրջանակում շարունակվում է ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունը մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջանների և Արցախի շրջանների և համայնքների միջև: Այդ համատեքստում մայրաքաղաքի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի և Շուշիի շրջանի վարչակազմի միջև կնքված համագործակցության հուշագրի շրջանակում իրականություն է դարձել ևս մեկ ծրագիր: Օրեր առաջ Շուշիի Պռոշյան փողոցում հանդիսավորությամբ բացվել է մանկական խաղահրապարակ: Հադիսավոր արարողությանը ներկա են գտնվել Երևանի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արտավազդ Սարգսյանը, Ավան վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Մանվել Ջավադյանը, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանը, ինչպես նաև Շուշիի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Կասյանը, շուշեցիներ և բազմաթիվ հյուրեր:

Միջոցառման շրջանակում ներկաներին նախ ողջունել են փոքրիկ շուշեցիները՝ ազգագրական-հայրենասիրական երգ-երաժշտությամբ և կատարումներով, որին հաջորդել է խաղահրապարակի հանդիսավոր բացումը: Այն կատարել են Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արտավազդ Սարգսյանն ու Շուշիի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Կասյանը: Շուշիի Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ եկեղեցու հոգևոր հովիվ տեր Մեսրոպ քահանան էլ մատուցել է օրհնության կարգ: 
Խաղահրապարակի բացման առթիվ ներկաներին ուղղված ողջույնի իր խոսքում Շուշիի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Կասյանն իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել իրականացված աշխատանքերի համար և բոլոր շուշեցիների երախտիքի խոսքն է փոխանցել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին:
«Ընդամենը երեք ամիս առաջ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի և ԼՂՀ վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նախաձեռնությամբ կազմակերպվեց համատեղ հաշվետու ժողով, որտեղ Արցախի վարչակազմի և Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարները ներկայացրեցին երկուստեք համագործակցության շրջանակում մինչ այդ կատարված աշխատանքների հաշվետվությունը: Երևանի քաղաքապետը, այնուամենայնիվ, հանձնարարեց ավելի խոշոր ու տեսանելի ծրագրեր իրականացնել, ինչը կլինի մնայուն: Արդեն կարող ենք ասել, որ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարականը գործնական ընթացք է ստացել, ինչի արդյունքում Շուշիում կառուցվեց այս մանկական խաղահրապարակը: Եվ սա, անշուշտ, մեր համագործակցության ամրապնդման խոսուն վկայությունն է», - նշել է Շուշիի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Կասյանը՝ հավելելով, որ նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ խաղահրապարակը պետք է կառուցվեր համատեղ միջոցներով, սական Երևանի քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականով այն կառուցվել է բացառապես երևանյան կողմի հատկացրած միջոցներով:
Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արտավազդ Սարգսյանն էլ իր խոսքում նշել է, որ այս խաղահրապարակի կառուցումով, ըստ էության, հիմք է դրվել 2013 թվականից ձևավորված համագործակցության գործնական փուլին:
«Այս տարվա ամռանը Արցախ կատարած պաշտոնական այցից հետո քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի կողմից եղավ հստակ հանձնարարական, որ այսուհետ երկկողմ բոլոր ծրագրերը լինեն ավելի մասշտաբային, առարկայական ու տեսանելի: Արդյունքում գրեթե երկու ամսվա ընթացքում կառուցվեց և փոքրիկ շուշեցիներին հանձնվեց մանկական այս խաղահրապարակը: Համոզված եղեք, որ ծրագրերը լինելու են շարունակական և իրենց կարևոր նպաստն են բերելու Երևանի ու Արցախի քաղաքների միջև առկա սերտ համագործակցության առավել ամրապնդմանը», - ընդգծել է Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արտավազդ Սարգսյանը:
