ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Պիեր Էնդրիուն (Ֆրանսիա) եւ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ), ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը հայտարարություն են տարածել հոկտեմբերի 23- 25-ը տարածաշրջան կատարած այցի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակից։

Համանախագահները հանդիպել են Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի նախագահների եւ արտգործնախարարների, ՀՀ նորանշանակ պաշտպանության նախարարի, ինչպես նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դե ֆակտո իշխանությունների հետ: Այցի նպատակն ապրիլյան աննախադեպ բռնություններից հետո ստեղծված իրադրության քննարկումն էր եւ բանակցային գործընթացում դիրքորոշման հստակեցումը:

Հանդիպումների ժամանակ կողմերը հաստատել են, որ իրավիճակը հարաբերական հանգիստ է: Համանախագահներն ընդգծել են, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանումը ապահովում է ընթացող բանակցությունների անհրաժեշտ հիմքը եւ կարեւորել Վիեննայում ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ընդունած որոշումների լիակատար իրականացումը:

Համանախագահները նաեւ քննարկել են ներկա աշխատանքային առաջարկները` հասնելու առարկայական բանակցությունների հանուն տեւական խաղաղության: Նախագահներից յուրաքանչյուրն արտահայտել է իր տեսակետը, թե ինչպես առաջ տանել կարգավորման գործընթացը: Նախագահները նաեւ վերահաստատել են համաձայնությունը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ, եւ օպերատիվ մանրամասները դեռ շարունակում են քննարկվել:

Համանախագահները պլանավորում են հանդիպել արտաքին գործերի նախարարներին 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Համբուրգում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական խորհրդաժողովի ժամանակ` քննարկելու ամենավաղ ժամկետներում նախագահների հնարավոր հանդիպումը: Ամենաբարձր մակարդակով նման երկխոսությունն անհրաժեշտ է կարգավորման հարցում առաջընթաց գրանցելու նպատակով: Տարածաշրջանային այցի ժամանակ համանախագահները նաեւ հանդիպել են «Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտե»-ի հետ` քննարկելու այն աշխատանքը, որը կազմակերպությունն իրականացնում է կորած անձանց մասին տեղեկատվության փոխանակման ուղղությամբ. հումանիտար քայլ, որին համանախագահները բոլոր մակարդակի հանդիպումների ժամանակ հայտնել են իրենց լիակատար աջակցությունը:
