ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Եվրոպական Հանձնաժողովի հարևանության և ընդլայնման բանակցությունների գլխավոր տնօրինության Արևելյան հարևանության հարցերով տնօրեն Լորենս Մերեդիթի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գ իտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին նախարարը նշել է, որ Եվրոպական Միությունը կարևոր գործունեություն է ծավալում մեր երկրում և ուրախալի է, որ կրթության ոլորտում համագործակցության շրջանակը գնալով ընդլայնվում է:

«Կրթության համակարգում Եվրոպական Միության տրամադրած դրամաշնորհները մշտապես թիրախային, բովանդակային և շատ օգտակար են եղել: Եվրոպական Միության հետ հարաբերությունները մենք համադրել ենք դոնոր երկրների վարկային ծրագրերի համատեքստում:

Շուրջ քսան տարի հանրակրթության ոլորտում Համաշխարհային բանկը վարկային ծրագիր է իրականացնում, ուստի ԵՄ դրա մաշնորհներն ուղղորդվում էին կրթության համակարգի այլ ուղղություներին, ինչպիսին է օրինակ` միջին մասնագիտական ոլորտը»,-նշել է Լևոն Մկրտչյանը և հավելել.-«Այսօր հիմնական խնդիրը որակի ապահովումն է կրթության բոլոր աստիճաններում` հանրակրթության, միջին մասնագիտական և բարձրագույն: ՀՀ կրթական համակարգը ներկայում անդամակցում է Բոլոնիայի գործընթացին և մենք եվրոպական կրթական տարածքի մաս ենք կազմում:

Այս ընթացքում կրթական համակարգի կառույցն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանեցվել է եվրոպական չափանիշներին և ժամանակն է լուծումներ գտնել բովանդակային խնդիրների կարգավորման համար»:

Այդ համատեքստում նախարարը կարևորել է բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվելիք բարեփոխումները: Նա ընդգծել է, որ փոքրաթիվ ուսանողներ ունեցող բուհերում որակի խնդիրն ակնհայտ է, ուստի կարիք է առաջացել ցանցային համալսարանների ձևավորմամբ առկա խնդիրներին լուծումներ տալու: Նախարարի խոսքերով` բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում տիրող իրավիճակի կարգավորումը ենթադրում է բարեփոխումների ամբողջական ծրագիր:

Պատվիրակության ղեկավար Մերեդիթն իր հերթին կարևորել է կրթության առանցքային նշանակությունը երկրի զարգացման գործում, նա մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել նախնական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության և ուսուցման ոլորտում (ՄԿՈՒ) Եվրոպական Միության կողմից իրականացվելիք «Ավելի լավ որակավորում ավելի լավ աշխատանքի համար» բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրի վերաբերյալ: 

Նշենք, որ վերոնշյալ ծրագրով նախատեսվում է հիմնականում գյուղատնտեսական և այդ ոլորտին առնչվող ՄԿՈՒ պետական կրթական չափորոշիչների և ուսումնական պլանների մշակում, մանկավարժների և ուսուցման վարպետների վերապատրաստում, մասնավոր հատվածի արդյունավետ ներգրավվածության ապահովում և այլն:
