«Մերիդիան» ոսկերչական հատուկ տնտեսական գոտու տարածքում հոկտեմբերի 26-28-ը տեղի կունենա Ոսկեգործների համաշխարհային համադաշնության` CIBJO-ի հերթական համագումարը, որին մասնակցում են 84 պատվիրակներ 25 երկրներից:

Համագումարի բացման արարողությանը ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: 

«Մեզ համար հաճելի է հյուրընկալել ձեր ոլորտը կարգավորող յուրատեսակ համաշխարհային խորհրդարանի, Ոսկերիչների համաշխարհային համադաշնության` CIBJO-ի համաժողովը: Մենք կարեւորություն ենք տալիս այս համաժողովի անցկացմանը մեր երկրում: Հայաստանն ու աշխարհասփյուռ հայ ժողովուրդը մեծ ավանդ են  ներդրել ոսկերչության եւ ակնագործության զարգացման գործում, իրենց հաստատուն տեղն ունեն այս ոլորտի տարեգրության մեջ:

Հայ ոսկերիչների` հաջողությամբ ստեղծված գո րծերը, նրանց գործունեությունը տարբեր երկրներում ոլորտին բերել է զարգացում, նրանք հիմնել են ոսկերչական ձեռնարկություններ եւ վաճառատներ Նյու Յորքում եւ Փարիզում, Մոսկվայում եւ Լոնդոնում, Կոստանդնուպոլսում ու Բեյրութում, Կահիրեում եւ բազմաթիվ այլ երկրներում:

Նրանց ձեռքով կերտվել են ոսկերչական արվեստի փայլուն նմուշներ, ադամանդակուռ գահեր ու թագեր, խաչեր ու շքանշաններ, շքեղ զարդանախշեր ու գավաթներ: Այսօր Հայաստանում ոսկեգործության եւ ադամանդագործության զարգացման ուղղությամբ հետեւողական աշխատանքներ են տարվում»,- ասաց Սերժ Սարգսյանը` ընդգծելով, որ այդ ճյուղը հայտարարված է երկրի տնտեսության գերակա ռազմավարական ուղղություններից մեկը:

Զարդագործության, ոսկերչության, թանկարժեք մետաղների, ադամանդների, մարգարիտների եւ թանկարժեք քարերի միջազգային համադաշնությունը միջազգային մասնագիտական կազմակերպություն է, որը միավորում է աշխարհի ոսկերչության ողջ ոլորտը` թանկարժեք մետաղների եւ քարերի արդյունահանումից մինչեւ պատրաստի արտադրանքի իրացումը: Այն այս ոլորտը կանոնադրող եւ կանոնակարգող համաշխարհային հիմնական ատյանն է:

Համադաշնության անդամ են հանդիսանում ոսկեգործական ազգային ընկերակցություններն աշխարհի շուրջ 40 երկրներից, որոնց թվում է Հայ ոսկերիչների ընկերակցությունը: Կազմակերպության նստավայրը Միլանում է:
