Լոս Անջելեսում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսության կողմից կազմակերպված՝ Հայաստանի անկախության 25-ամյա տարեդարձին նվիրված միջոցառումների շարքը եզրափակվել է տոնական ընդունելությամբ, որը տեղի է ունեցել Բևեռլի Հիլթոն հյուրանոցի հանդիսասրահում:

Տոնին մասնակցել են ամերիկյան դաշնային և տեղական իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, համայն քային կառույցների ղեկավարներ, հասարակական, քաղաքական, մշակութային գործիչներ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Ներկաներին ուղղված իր ողջունի խոսքում՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Սերգեյ Սարկիսովը ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորել է բոլորին այս կարևոր տոնի կապակցությամբ՝ բարգավաճում և նորանոր հաջողություններ մաղթելով Հայաստանին և Արցախին: 

Միջոցառման մասնակիցներին ուղերձ էր հղել ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ով շնորհավորել է ամերիկահայերին ՀՀ անկախության 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ և շնորհակալություն հայտնել ամերիկահայ համայնքի բոլոր կազմակերպություններին, կառույցներին և միություններին` անկախության 25 տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանին ցուցաբերած օժանդակության համար:

Տոնական երեկոյին մասնակցել են ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսական Ադամ Շիֆը, Լոս Անջելեսի քաղաքային խորհրդի անդամներ Փոլ Կրեկորյանը, Փոլ Կորտեզը, Սեբաստիան Ռիդլի-Թոմասը, Գլենդելի ոստիկանապետ Ռոբերտ Կաստրոն, Լոս Անջելեսում հավատարմագրված երկրների գլխավոր հյուպատոսներ, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության Լոս Անջելեսի գրասենյակի տնօրեն Ջեյմս Փարավոնյանը, Մոնթեբելլոյի քաղաքապետ Ջեք Հաջիյանը, Կալիոֆորնիայի նահանգային խորհրդարանի անդամ Խաչո Աչաջյանը և այլք: 

Իր շնորհավորական խոսքում ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսական Ադամ Շիֆը նշել է, որ իրենց, նաև Սփյուռքի համար առաջնային պետք է լինի Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացումը, Արցախի անվտանգության ապահովումը և Թուրքիայի հակահայ քաղաքականության հակադարձումը:

Երեկոյի մշակութային հատվածում կատարումներով հանդես են եկել Բելֆրի սիմֆոնիկ նվագախումբն ու «Գևորգյաններ» պարային համույթը:
