Մարտականա դիրքում հակառակորդի կողմից արձակված կրակոցից զոհված զինծառայող Գուրգեն Այվազյանին վերջին հրաժեշտն են տալիս Գեղարքունիքի մարզի  Գանձակ գյուղում:

Զոհված զինվորի բնակարան այցելեցին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը, մարզպետարանի ողջ աշխատակազմը, Գավառի զինկոմիսարիատի, իրավապահ համակարգի ղեկավարներն ու անձնակազմերը: Հոգեհանգստյան կարգ կատարեց Գեղարքունյաց թեմի առաջնորդական տեղապահ Տեր-Կիրակոս Վարդապետ Դավթյանը:

«Կգա ժամանակ, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության մեկուկես միլիոն նահատակների նման կսրբադասվեն նաեւ Արցախյան ազատամարտում ու Հայաստանի սահմանները պաշտպանելիս զոհված մեր բոլոր հերոս զինվորները:

Ձեռք բարձրացնենք ու աղոթենք առ Աստված, որ Մեր Գուրգենը վերջին զոհը լինի այս չընդհատված հակամարտության մեջ, որ այսուհետ միայն իրար հանդիպենք ուրախության, շնորհավորանքի, արարելու առիթներով: Թող Աստված  խաղաղ պահի մեր հողը»,-իր սփոփանքի խոսքն ասաց Գեղարքունյաց թեմի առաջնորդական տեղապահը:

Զինվորի ծնողներին մխիթարական  խոսքով  դիմեց նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը: 

«Մենք  ապրում  ենք մեր հերոսի կորստյան ծանր կսկիծը, քանի որ բոլորիս համար չափազանց թանկ է մեր յուրաքանչյուր զինվորի կորուստը:

Բայց, կիսելով ձեր խոր վիշտը, ցավի հետ մեկտեղ հպարտանում ենք, որ նման որդի եք ծնել ու դաստիարակել: Համոզված եղեք, որ ձեր զավակն ու հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհված մեր մյուս զինծառայողներն արդեն սրբացած են մեզ համար, հերոսացած՝ մայր հողի առաջ ու սերունդների հուշերում»,- Գուրգենի հարազատներին դիմեց   մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը: Զինվորի աճյունը հողին կհանձնվի հոկտեմբերի 29-ին, հայրենի Գանձակ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը, զինվորական կարգով:
